'The universe is mental', is derived from a set of axioms and thought exercises, if you can call them that. "Therefore the universe is mental". It's a great listen/read, very interesting, thought provoking and wise. I listen to it probably twice a month.

He does a bad job of explaining the princples. Hot and cold are but a degree of the same thing which is tempature. Where exactly does hot turn to cold and where exactly does cold turn to hot. It is your will that decides the answer to those question. Love and hate is another example. If we can will ourselves to change the degree then we can find ways to turn hateful thoughrs into thoughts of love. This law is applied and in so many ways and is a fun one to think about. A very powerful law indeed.
