A movie you can watch over and over. No swearing, no killing, no blood and guts and just good old fashioned fun.
Right on!
I really enjoy his films. Of course, for some reason, I might be a bit biased towards John Wayne movies 😉
Absolutely!

Wayne a Ohara make a dynamic duo
April 25, 2019 ~ I've been watching John Wayne movies since I was a kid growing up in the 60s // So many of his movies had a lot of the same co-stars but Ward bond is missing in this one. His Son is there with Maureen O'Hara/ It's so fun to watch. I can't tell you how many times I've watched his movies. At age 75, I still love the Duke. Warm Smile
One of my favorite John Wayne movies!! I love John Wayne!!! 😊♥️
❤❤❤❤❤❤😅
Nothing like sitting back and watching some John Wayne movies on a rainy New Year's Eve day!
This is a timeless Classic!
I miss great scripts, John Wayne, Maureen O'Hara and the rest, real entertainment!
They dont make movies like this any more glad to see they are still around the best
A classic. One of John Wayne's best. But with Maureen O'Hara its so much fun. Sad these actors seen on the film are probably all gone now, along with the Western genre.
This is not only my favorite John Wayne movie but I do believe it's my all time favorite of them all. Of course that mainly consists of movies before 1967 or 1968 and most all of them I saw were family type movies. This one is funnier every time I see it. --(Missing those days of life in America.)

Grew up as a McClintock and have always held this film in the highest regard. It's my family through and through.

As a kid, I was SO excited when McLintock came out...I was Steven McClintock...so I got attention right off the bat...STILL TODAY old timers say, McLintock was my favorite John Wayne movie.
I might know a little bit about what you are talking about! 😁
Love the movie and the Name -
Course I'm partial to Mc's!

😂😂😂
I sure wish they still made movies like this..miss the days of good movies..great actors..and even better scripts. Probably will never see them again in my lifetime.
Well in 1963 adults were still going to the Moving Picture shows! Did you notice you can hear, because the back up music was engineered by adults back then. Today The Computer generated special affects are fantastic (King Kong) but the noise is annoying and aggravating.
I love this movie!! The ending chase sequence a nice follow up to The Quiet Man 😁
I love how she's running and trying to figure out how to get away, while Duke isn't phased and is just casually walking
Running in high heels to boot, sorry about the pun.
🎉❤🎉❤🎉thank you....great Sunday movie 🎉❤🎉❤
The whole clay slide scene is practically a free for all.
Great Movie, Great Acting, Great script (such one liners!), Great photography and GREAT UPLOAD!!!
Thank you so much Inter-Pathe

What a quote! Love this movie!
When is that line made?
She said ...."NO I won it!! "

Another good movie Quiet Man and that too is refreshing during the Coronavirus.
Vintage Duke, no one will ever replace him.

@Drake Marcellus Yea, have been watching on instaflixxer for since november myself =)
Love this movie. And yes Please Please Please The Quiet Man.
You know...I frequently miss good movies...those were good days.
Enjoyed this one, Thought I saw this one before. But never did. Humourous movie with John Wayne
Watched this movie at 4 in the morning. That made it even funnier
Love this movie just love John and Maureen in this movie
Have you seen “the quiet man”. He and Maureen are awesome in it. And the usual fight scene is so fun and looong 😂
R.I.P John Wayne (1907-1979)
Just love John Wayne an Maureen O'Hara
"i am NOT intoxicated - door slams- .......YET! ".......gets me every timelol
J Logan me too. My Dad passed away over two years ago & I can't watch this movie without thinking of him & all the times we laughed watching it.
@@cwhoff290 Same here man. Always gonna be my dad's and my movie
John certainly held onto the that bottle of whiskey pretty good when he kept on falling down those stairs lol
i love all of his movies❤❤❤❤
Love this movie! They just don't make the movies like this anymore and definitely don't have the movie stars like they do in this movie either. Maureen O'Hara sure was one beautiful woman, so was Yvonne De Carlo.
Great movie !! It is nice to watch a movie that you can see , without any crap on the screen !!
Frank McConville y
Quiet Man please
Hell yeah like on DirecTV they always have those stupid ads for other shows
Yvonne de Carlo, who is in this film, for those of you that don't know, was "Lilly" from The Munsters (Herman's wife). She was a real beauty in her younger years. She passed away in 2007.
Great film, great upload.
I'm big fan of John Wayne & this is my mother fav movie
Great movie! The dialogue is incredible, but then from The Searchers, True Grit, Young Cowboys to his last film all of John Wayne's films were intelligent with great dialogue.
very sad when all the great ones are gone😂😂😂😂😢😢😢😢
Thank you for the upload Inter-Pathe'.
+Angelina Mcfadden Maureen O'Hara passed away.
I have always loved this movie. Lots of laughs with few swear words.
ilove all of his movies❤❤❤
Love this movie
thanks for loading this movie!
The line i like on here is but i won't i won't the hell i won't
Almost all slapstick and mundane surreal comedy yet one finds oneself laughing uncontrollably. It is just done so well that the humour comes thorough and the stupidity doesn't.
Well said
he is great❤❤❤❤❤
classic of a great artistic perspective forever*
51:51 "Ohh, get out of my way." LOL!!!
Please YOU Tube .The Quiet Man.I love that movie with great and lovely actor John Wayne and beautiful Maureen O Hara.RIP to both of them.

So many references to historical facts, wrapped in a bow. And such good role models for young women. Does not resemble Taming of the Shrew🎉😅
218 people didn't like this movie.
The only reason people like this exist is to give contrast to those of us who are right.
when MEN WERE MEN AND WOMEN were glad of it

Westerns hit their peak in this era. They really knew how to make fabulous movies in those days. Although I don't remember my Mother every complaining about all the spanking of women in those movies, I imagine there was some grousing among the women about this. It could be that my Mother didn't see it, because she was generally too busy to watch these shows.
thank you
haha one of the funniest movies Ive seen!!!!
sn
Gertie's right, John's best film's were Mc Clintok and The Quiet
Man.
At 118 that sounds like a tall tale a parent would tell the kids. Lol
R.I.P Maureen O'Hara
CLUMMY FAMMY CLUMMY FAMMY! LOL
What about Rio Bravo movie? It was a movie that i watched as a kid and later i really enjoyed watching.
Every social faux-pas available in this fantastic movie. "He's just ignorant." "Cut off his Chi." "You wouldn't believe it now, but 20 years ago she was a fine looking maid." "You better start giving me a yes sir or your going to get the rough of this house pulled down on you." Spanking a woman, against the law for Indians to drink, smoking cigars in the house, ...just ON and ON.... but I sure love it because I can understand that it was just the sign of the times...not meant to be derogatory. I guess it won't be long before these movies and books will be removed for our world. Sad, in my opinion.

" the best of John Wayne's westerns
and a comedy western at that and
a great cast also."
I was never a John Wayne fan until I enjoyed The Quite Man,. The Californian ,
and then McLintock. He was in a lot of really great movies though. There's just something about this one. Man I wish that I lived then and there.
Sure, much wasn't as good.
But much was FAR better.
Far better.
Katie should celebrate the fact that she's living then and there. There was a time not too removed from then, when she'd be wearing a scold's bridle. But then,
there is always some time and place where any of us would be better off.
And rather be. I do.
Yvonne also played in the comedy series "The Munsters" as Frankenstein's wife.
Every time I see John Wayne, I think of Al Bundy and Hondo.
classic
Its Fun Watching This

Wow!
Great movie
very sad when he died😂😂😂😂😢😢😢😢
A real feel-good movie. The diff-
erence between films of yester-
year and those of today is that
those movies of long-ago were,
WHAT ? Were they really better ?
Some say of course that 'older'
films totally SUCKED. What then
is the difference between whether
or not this is true, and your 'point
of view' ?
Frankly, I'm into both sweet rom-
ance as well as 'hack'em all into
tiny bits'. Give me Saw or the
Notebook either one. Really
weird I know !
My fav. John Wayne movies are:
The Quiet Man, The Californian,
and this one here.
what about big jake and true grit? those are essentials!
They were funnier.
Nice video bro. Im subbed.
Dec. 26th , 2023. I sure do wonder what john wayne would say about the things goin on in this world today.
