Gordon and Bullock always made fun of Penguin as though they are very brave. Many times Bullock Chickened out in front of Falcone and in this scene Gordon flees like a Chicken. Both this cops are no 1 dickheads. For them if a criminal is a sexy-chick (tabitha, barbara, selina, poison ivy) or rich (falcone,Victor Zasaz) then they are not guilty. But Penguin & Riddler are guilty to them. Penguin actally kept the city safer in Season 4 (first half). But this dick Gordon wanted messed up Gotham and brings back Falcone's to mess things up. No wonder Ras'Al'Ghul felt Gotham needs to Suffer. Ras'Al'Ghul is always Right.

He wanted to bring back Falcone and make Gotham plunge into chaos again JUST because he thinks listening to Penguin is beneath him, and people died because of his giant ego. I think Gordon could totally have been written as a villain and Penguin as the protagonist.
@@DrDLL99 It seemed like Jim had learned his lesson in Season 2 and realised that sometimes you have to break the law and go outside it to do the right thing which contrasted him with the fanatically law abiding Barnes. But towards the end of Season 2 he regressed back to his naive goody two shoes Season 1 self by saying him killing Theo was wrong to talk Bruce out of wanting to kill Strange even though it was right.

You know... I've seen people go through some serious issues with rationally dealing with things. Trying to deal with issues without losing their temper. They've all been told to walk away over and over again. I am one of them. Gordon was told to walk away so much but what people dont realize is that sometimes you wont always have a ground to walk away on.
I just made my own gotham tribute alongside batman begins/dark knight and I got copyrighted and it did not effect the video/channel in anyway I knew something would happen but couldn't do it without audio since the music and dialouges was in sync.
