A measuring tape and someone to stand at the end of the property.... as a visual measurement might be helpful.

We will be revisiting with the intention to have the land surveyed properly and then making sure the person selling the land has the right to do so. No exchange of funds until we are absolutely certain. Thank you for your useful advice.
