    So excited to see our brothers and sisters from the diaspora coming home and buying land. It’s been far too long and we’ve been waiting for you guys and in your absence the Chinese and European have taken advantage. We love you guys and come help make the motherland great again.

      Could you be positive without injecting in Chinese? Chinese are the reasons we have a few workable roads and decent power supply. I am sick and tired of some of you maligning the Chinese. They just wrote off the loans for many African countries. We can develop Africa without making everyone seem like those former colonialists and imperialists who are spending more money in Ukraine all their aid in Africa.

      China control huge portion of Ghana economy. They are behind infrastructure and constant power supply.
      China, European and Nigeria companies present in Ghana has help to create job and shaping the economy. After China, Nigeria is second largest economy in Ghana.
      We've failed to make life better for ourselves but expecting diasporas to come at our rescue to invest to generate revenue to government to loot..
      With all the loans the government borrowed, of what impact is it to Ghanaian citizens? Africans need to sit and hold their leaders responsible.

  • @5andrewgg

    As much as I like what you two are doing I wish guys can find away to preserve the coconut trees. I think beachfront lands should be use for outing and relaxing and not too much concrete structures so please find way to preserve the trees use the place for commercial relaxation

    • @soshesays2444
      @soshesays2444 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I agree and what's crazy is they buy the property because of the trees and cut them down. Hopefully they would plant some back. I see this will turn into the Caribbean with concrete structures on the beaches taking away access from the locals. Me personally would never sell beach front property.

    • @samuelweah2596
      @samuelweah2596 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      They have to build behind the trees 🌳 and use the tree areas for relaxation and that's exactly what they have done ✔️

    • @stanleyglover5534
      @stanleyglover5534 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Some beach fronts also need developments, Ghana is endowed with hundreds of miles of virgin ocean and water fronts . These developers will attract much needed investments to the area and generate incomes for local communities. We can’t lock away all the sea fronts in Ghana. I can agree with you though, that the coconut trees need to be preserved if possible to mitigate coastal erosion there 🇬🇭

    • @soshesays2444
      @soshesays2444 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@samuelweah2596 Thanks for the clarification and if it's behind the trees being developed I'm all for it. I'm from the Caribbean and our governments made the biggest mistake giving away lands close to the beach the name of investments.

    Now you need to ship an SUV with a portable fridge to Gh. You will need one for the several visits you will need to make to the property. First, build upurself a studio flat basic one bed with an open plan kitchen toilet and shower so thay you can stay overnight whilst supervising the development progress. Put it up on the corner of the propery and one room for a caretaker who can also be one of the builders or labourers make a perimeter wall ASAP.

    To grow vegetation and plants on sand, you will need to dig out some of the sand down, put a heavy landscaping down, and then put soil on top of that. There are a number of google sites which describe how to plant in sand or convert it to usable land.

    Tell them to use organic trash for compost, and create compost box throughout their property so that they don't have that build up of organic trash. That's how you grow top soil. And as for the salt in the air, you do well to always sand down the metals and recoat them or paint them regularly and then you have you use paint that protects from salt or sealant after you paint.
