- On May 4th, Vibrant Performance attended the 3-day Ultimate Callout Challenge in Salt Lake City Utah. There, we witnessed record setting dyno numbers, 8 second quarter mile passes and a fierce sled pull competition. Not all trucks were able to make it to the end of the three day competition, however some of the most powerful and fastest durable trucks in North America showed what they were made of.

This is Without a Doubt one of the Absolute Best Edits I’ve ever watched. Whoever did this Killed it.
the beat drop as the motor blows at 2:47 was epic.
I was more impressed at the 1600hp figure on a blown bottom end.
Yeah that part made the video. Sucks for the owner of that truck, but that was such a badass shot. The editing in this video was phenomenal.

it doesn't have as many views because these purpose dyno trucks run shitty numbers. hell that 2400+ hp truck ran freaking 11s. thats pathetic considering there are 900hp daily driven diesels running those numbers.

This track opened in circa 68' this will be the last season at rmr. And its heartbreaking, that 2018 it all ends and becomes warehouse space. This video is epic, this town is epic! I used to work for Vibrant back in the late 80's when I was also working for Jordan Belfort; we'd ring people, tell em we could turn their turbo's into superchargers, tell em their auto's were now 6 speed sequential manuals only $99 we could sell em 4 tyres for the price of 3... We were the rodents of rhode island and we loved it.

How? They still have frames under them, and weigh over 4500lbs. The 6.4 is close to or above 5000lbs.
So they have an original frame and nothing else....Guess they're 90% pro mods

Good video. But man with that power these trucks should be faster than some in the 11 second range. It's all about aero dynamics which these trucks have none. With 1800 to 2000 hp these should be 8 to 9 seconds.

lots of horsepower, lots of thin metal, lots of shit that can catch on fire
lots of reasons, just many of them are running under massive amounts of pressure and heat

Nitrous backfire cannot cause a fire, nitrous wont burn.

Observation: the truck with 2500 hp was a Cummins, and the truck that ran 8.5 in the 1/4 mile was a Cummins. I bet that hurt some feelings.

Well lol my nv5600 6 speed has 260k on it and still good thanks for asking, what's wrong with autos we have a 04 with 270k on it that's auto and never had to touch the tranny used all its life for pulling :)
