This is the one I've been waiting for, Xavier has needed an upgrade for a long time. I've never been more satisfied with the amount of X-Men characters in the Legends line, it's like the mid '90s all over again. Good video here, Boog. I always try to check out your reviews.
That psychic effect piece does not just lend itself to ''unsavory'' comments and uses, but does also simply does not look good. It also does not really represent a psychic effect IMO and I really have no idea who in their right might would approve it's design.
The blue at the back of the packaging and 90s xmen logo is nostalgic for me, brings me back to toybiz xmen before marvel legends. Xavier looks really good. If we can get a Jim Lee Storm at least announced this year will wrap up perfectly. Love the in depth review and comparisons with the galactus wave Xavier.
Is Logan faded in the corner while Charles is spitting knowledge in the cypher? Lol. Very glad to have this as well as the ToyBiz offering. I got into Legends a few years ago and though I figured we'd eventually get a Professor X, I bought that whole Galactus set.
I can't wait for an original storm and Jim Lee storm, nightcrawler original suit and Thunderbird and first team xforce then I can retire.

I watched the 90s x-men cartoon every Saturday morning! So I really enjoyed that display at the end. I still need Jean Grey and Rogue and it’s pretty much complete. Professor X is on his way! Got him on pre-order
Great vid! I love that you took the time to swap the hands/heads/bodies, etc. I thought this set came with decals too though, like the Deadpool bike set.

I was really digging that Shadow King that Glen Webb made, Hasbro should remake that in dedication of his lost, sorry for bringing him up but he was a awesome customizer that left us in a short time 😔 which was sad for a lot of fans and fellow collectors of him

Idk I'm 21 and I remember the toy biz marvel legends being in store lol. My first one was the modern ironman with the Ultron base, Think I got it from kmart and my first baf was mojo got him as kbtoys started closing sadly. 1 figure that I really wanted as a younger kid was the mecha hulk from the hulk classic line. I steal need it lol. But yeah I grew up on legends lol

Great review Boog! Been looking forward to a new Prof. X for a while. For some reason I thought the ToyBiz body was bigger. Guess i haven't cracked mine out in a while, lol. Some additional paint apps would have sent it over the top but regardless this isn't a bad set at all.
We needs some Starjammers next from Hasbo! Include a Ch'od head to stick on the Abomination BAF.
I think we will see a complete Star Jammers very soon. Lots of parts already floating around for Hasbro to put together that team. Abomination for Ch'od, yep, absolutely.

Despite that seeing all these 1990's era X-men makes me want to collect Marvel Legends again.
They really capture the comic and animated series look better than ToyBiz.

Uhh, Boog, I beg to differ. I'm 21 years old and I got the Toybiz Marvel Legends Professor X on my birthday around the time the figure came out (Late 2005/Early 2006).
Would have been nice to have some just relaxed hands included, but I know I am going to have mine all psychicing up anyway. lol

I mean the face sculpt isn’t the best and back than ML didn’t get the best distribution so the after market price is crazy high. I’d think there’s money to be made if they do.

Andrew Anderson absolutely. Would be nice to finally see them release a new female buck with the release of a new Jean. Either her or 90’s storm. Some major female character should be introduced on a new female buck this year.
I have the toybiz one and yeah can't wait to replace him this professor X he's the missing peace needed to complete are 90s x-men like THING last year. And they did tease magneto and storm so i think there comming.... pause on that.
