Going into my 2nd year selling Pints and 1/2 pints at my local Farmer's Market. I Rented kitchen space from a local restaurant to prepare and package the product. For markets I transport a mini chest freezer in the back of a minivan on a custom made wheeled cart and use a ramp to load and unload the freezer. At the markets I always apply for a location with access to hydro to plug my freezer into.
For Samples, I currently prepackage 1oz containers with lids at my rented kitchen space, then offer the samples at market. The Health Department loves that.
I want to be able to serve ice cream scoops in the future, I already have a dipping cabinet, but running water and a hand washing station is required at a farmer's market in order to serve scoops and I have no idea how to access that for markets.

I was getting ready to ask this. Possibly trying in Sept, or next spring. No not in the Bear Force. I am from the Nevada Sand Force.
