Wow. This workout totally surprised me. I did it as my easy, "day-off" workout, and I got much more than I expected. This workout is proof that you don't need fancy choreography and high-impact to get great cardio-pumping work. It even worked a few muscles that don't usually get worked (feet, mid-upper back). Th anks again, Jessica for another wonderful workout! It will go in my favorites!
SSUC Wk 2 day 3 - this made me realise how much superset sculpt worked my arms yesterday! I enjoyed this as a recovery. I sometimes deliberately choose a workout of yours because it is barefoot and this is my go-to one on days like this! Thanks again Jessica!

Jessica is a fantastic instructor. She's my go to gal for easy to tough to short to long. She has so many types of workouts you cannot possibly get bored! She will whip you into shape!
Week 2, third day finish. Been sick since Saturday but i still push through and got them done. I have always started an exercise workouts and when they start to get routine i stop, but with this challenge the workouts are always different and challenging so i don't get bored. Keep up the good job Jessica and say hi to peanut for me.
Totally loved this today. Was supposed to run but with my blood sugar up and down today for some reason with my pregnancy (18weeks yesterday)...this lighter, #lowimpactcardio #strengthworkout was perfect. I simply kept my legs at hip width apart except for the chair pulses. Although not tough I Agree perfect cardio recovery.....UNLESS YOU'RE PREGNANT LIKE ME AND YOU'LL BREAK A SWEAT AND IT IS TOUGHER WITH ALL THAT RELAXIN ON BOARD. Thanks Jessica! Found Jessica about a month ago and she is an amazing instructor and motivator. She is helping me with my weight loss journey (35 down, 45 to go!!!). It feels so good to get up and move and her low impact workouts are great for me.
Great workout! Even with low impact, I worked out a sweat. I also liked the leg work, along with improving my balance. I have a heel injury, so am always happy to have the lower impact. I also have your Total Body DVD and love it too. Thanks for all the workouts!
i just figured out how to mark my favorite workouts. This 5-week challenge is a great way for me to try a bunch I probably wouldn't have tried on my own. Also keeps me going when I would have bailed out of workouts both yesterday and today. This one felt great. thanks again Jessica! -ingrid
Yeah!First 40 min work out i've been able to do since i moved to this very hot country Malaysia in February! Coming from a cold country,my body wasn't able to adjust and needed all my energy to survive the heat.So long work outs just weren't an option and that's very frustrating. This workout is fantastic! I didn't make it to the gym due to work and had to get my cardio in tonight. At 10pm I couldn't fathom the thought of jumping around my living room. This barefoot low key work out was perfect...nothing crazy but just challenging enough to feel rewarding. Love your vibe and appreciate this so much. Namaste!

Wow! I loved this workout! I am typically not a cardio lover, so this was amazing for me. I loved feeling like a dancer at times, and while I definitely sweated I left the workout feeling energized instead of "done." I can't thank you enough for doing this for us!
Today's Work it Out workout done. My first time doing this one and I really enjoyed it. I'm sore from yesterday's workout so those pulses really burned. Earlier I took my son's dog for a 30 minute walk also.
I do your exercises everyday for 2 years now.it has helped me a lot.I was operatedon my hips last june,and still I do your exercises everyday. This exercises is great but its so dark I cant see it properly.it will be a big help if you make it more brighter especially for elders like me.Im 55 by the way.thanks everyday.

Week 2 Day 3 done. I absolutely love this workout and it was so amazing after yesterday's SUPER supersets. And it is also special to me as it was one of the first workouts that I began doing about 1 year ago and 24 kilos heavier. It is so amazing to see the difference now and to see how far I've come. There is no way to 'mess up' here! As long as you are moving and doing your best, you did it right! We stretch the calves at the end of this video and with tomorrow's routine so hopefully that will help :)

I feel so much better. Because, I was able to complete this workout. I was sweating (I have learned through you, their is nothing wrong with sweating that means my fat is crying!!!). Jessica, thank you so much for this exercise. I truly enjoyed the music. :)

LOVE this workout, I was so sore after yesterdays weights, this workout was just heaven. I really felt my inner things though... but at the same time it just felt really stretching and amazing on my whole body :).
