Well done to Sentinels they do look like they are playing better now. But this B group is just too rough. Heretics are looking like the best team from EMEA. GenG still looks like the best team from Pacific, FPX performed the best from their region in the last Masters. And although Sentinels have not performed as well recently, they still have potential to become a force of nature when they hit a flow state.
Maybe I’m just glazing but I wanted to see all 4 teams from group B in the playoffs. The grouping was a bit unfortunate in that respect.

So without deadlock sen can actually try to fight especially with someone who went toe to toe with TH, Sen performance without deadlock is definitely way better especially on Lotus where zellsis had more value with KJ, now next up is GenG Once again its a redemption and trip to playoffs in a nutshell if they win it so sen better lock tf in.

Great observation. They sucked with deadlock. Also when johnqt play deadlock tenz lost freedom to fight as solo controller. Double controller combo suits them more
@@Notagenius106 Basic comps have a lot of issues in the sense that every team can play around it lol so if they do they better be the top of the meta.
@@funkycrawler619 that's the least sentinels can do. Johnqt is not even good at deadlock, Zellsis is not good at cypher and Zekken is not good at jett. So all their experiments for the meta failed.

It's unfortunate for FPX, but they really need to have a better mentality. Their play resembles an even more inconsistent PRX.
The players are good and they have the skills to compete with international teams, but they just set up shootouts and are The strategy is very clear, and still poor at responding. I don't know what their roster will be like next year, but they need to learn to not fail in the rounds that really matter.

Sentinels still seem to have a waffle problem, on their attack side, they seem to still take a while to make a decision on where to go. I think it was TMV who talked about it but it lost them the first half on Bind
Edit: they did much better on Lotus, they seem to remember that they must play offensive on offense, Kaplan really turned this team around and now they seem to be getting back into the groove that won them Masters Madrid, let’s see if they can keep it up against… GenG

SEN looked a LOT better today, esp after ditching the Deadlock comp. Hats off to them, let's see how they perform against GenG.
FPX, on the other hand, couldn't win a single attack round on Bind. Life on Viper in Map 2 was the cherry on top. For a team that stood their ground against TH, I am disappointed. SEN deserved this win.

Bind is not even a good map from sen . Yet they still lost. And also fpx banned sunset which one of sens best maps so you have either the choice of picking sunset or lotus. And fpx is known to perma ban sunset
