Perhaps I am the first official buyer of your battery (I brought the inverter past year from the Netherlands on my own) in Ukraine. I am very happy and satisfied. However, the question gnaws at me - where is the power cables or at least the connectors? :( How am I supposed to enjoy great tech without being able to connect?
My first part of my sunsynk installation was with a 10.24kw sunsynk battery. 4 months later, wanted to install another battery but was told it was discontinued and new battery was 10.6kw. Eventually found another new 10.24kw battery and after installation, it did not work, system shutdown. Found out the firmware between the batteries was different and the system needed a firmware patch. After patch done, system is working but batteries only go up to 99% soc and sometimes drop to 98% but never reaches 100% soc anymore......
These look really impressive. For me, the only downside is that it's built in China and these days I'm less likely to buy Chinses made products. You cant avoid them sadly but I wish businesses would build in the UK (or even Europe) to help boost the UK economy. Obviously the simple answer is cost and you wouldn't make as much profit but as China are seen as let's say "not affiliated to the west" one wonders why UK and European businesses invest in China. Money talks I guess. I am looking to buy a product such as for my home, but will look for alternatives to Chinese made/owned if I can. This isn't meant as a political statement, just an honest assessment of a customer in the UK looking to spend money -to me cost isn't the single defining factor. It's a big one for sure, but not the only one.

@@ruslanwel Are you sure? Should I be worried about a wireless short circuit? 😁
You is best of the best! @@ruslanwel But how to check wireless polarity? Orientation relative to North or South?
