I don't know why you want to release it. It is bind so that it won't request for reconnect all the time. But If you want to release it, you have to unbind from the Mactive app. OR You can also reset the watch to release the watch from the phone. Go to the settings and reset.

Open the mactive app. Select 'Mine" option. Select permission settings Select the floating window permission and find the mactive app and toggle it ON. After that check the background running settings and select allow for this app... Then, try it again. I am currently using a Samsung for this. Some words on Samsung maybe different from realme. Just try these steps, please
Samsung, Redmi and vivo phone have issue with Mactive app. I hope the developers do something about it soon. No solution presently. I am working on getting it possible.
Please, confirm you have your data, Bluetooth and Location turn ON. Then, connect the two Bluetooths (watch 6 - 2 times) of your smartwatch to the phone via the phone Bluetooth setting. And it will show.

Just switch the data or wifi ON. But notice on Samsung phone, this may not work. Try using fundo wear app instead.
