Bro question. In the yellow wire for your output. You can hear the guitar put there also or just the vocals? because you have separate output for guitars. Please answer this. Thank you. Such a good help
@@NickleRock I will subscribe to you bro for more questions. So if I loop the guitar while sing in VE 8. I can just record the Guitar only on RC 600. My chain is OC5, ME 80, RV 6 going to VE 8? Is that correct?
Hi, the looper is always last in the chain obviously, but where would you put the VE-8 if you have other pedals? I have a harmoniser, big muff and echo that I use outside of the ve-8 effects, (I tend to use the ve-8 vocal effects and guitar presence) any recommendations?
In that case I would see the VE-8 as two seperate pedals. One for the vocals and one for the guitar. Also see it as two different chains then. If you do not use the ve-8 vocal harmonizer, you can experiment around with your order. If you DO use the VE-8 harmonizer, the acoustic guitar should go straight to the VE-8, so that it can 'hear' the chords more accurately for the harmony.
I'm using a Boss VE 500 outputs into the RC 600 but will have to experiment how to balance the guitar and vocals..strange there are no videos on this particular set up.
Hiya, I've ben trying to do this, and gave up. I'm using the VE8 for harmonies and the few vocal loops I do, and that goes straight to the mixer, and that's all good. I did want to use the delay/chorus on the VE and free up the RC effects for other things, such as dist, boost, etc, etc. However, the noise! The sound coming from the VE8 into the RC600 is so damn hissy and scratchy and so I've just bypassed that completely. I do have a Stymon Big Sky in that chain - Ve8>BigSky>RC600. Noisy even when the BigSky is bypassed. Any clues????
Hey there. Thanks for the comment! Nouse and hiss is such a difficult thing to troubleshoot. Mine is pretty quiet, but i only put the guitar into the VE-8 and then into the RC-600, so there's so much less to go wrong. I also use the VE-8 for delay and reverb to free up slots on the RC.
@@NickleRock Yeah, I've tired several different routing options, leaving out the Big Sky, putting it back in, swapping between XLRs and Jacks, messing around with the noise suppression, but nothing works. Such as shame as on it's own the VE8 has a great simple delay and chorus which is very usable. Hey ho! It might be something to do with the particular set up of my electric harp, and the pick ups which sits where each of my 33 strings meets the "sound board"! It's fairly niche as a set-up!
Thank you so much for take your time and make this video I really appreciate it 🙌🏽

Thanks for the comment. The yellow plug only carries vocal. The red cable only carries the guitar.
@@NickleRock thanks bro. Now I know. So different output? It's like 2 pedals in 1 machine. :)
@emmanuelcompayanofficial6344 that is EXACTLY how I have it setup, and think about it. Two different chains with two different pedals.

If you use your harmoniser on the VE-8, then the VE-8 has to be first, so that the harmonizer can make out the chords of the guitar clearly.

where do you get the caps that are over the foot switches?
These are MOOER candy footswitch toppers. You should be able to get them at your local music shop.
why the rc 600? vs say the 300 ?
What do you mean?
The RC 600 has more versatility and 32 bit output just a better unit overall. I have both
