Dalton, I've just bought a moped, it's a 2005 Tomos Qaudro A35. And while it is only 49cc, max. 50km/h, it does something your dirtbikes can't. It starts first kick, cold, no choke. Bought it for €70, got some parts with it (2 forks, handlebar with controls, 4 wheels, 5 tires) and I'm planning on making it beautyful again.
@3DMachines, If you have never replaced the hand warmers before, I have replaced them on my 04 Ski-Doo MXZ. Depending on the replacements hand grips the wires will not match the original colors, you will just have to test them on high and low. I had to switch the wires around a couple times. Keep making awesome videos :D thanks for doing what you do.
Hi 3D it's really nice to see a young guy like you taking pride in his work. Fixing it the right way the FIRST time. If you could only see the halfass butchers that I work with its fucking amazing that they can even thread a piece of hardware or tell the difference between metric and standard.
I like to see people sending you stuff in the mail. You sharing their generosity influences a lot of people to be generous to and I think the world needs more of that. Hippy comment out the way, buy a 500cc 2 stroke at 500k! Braaaaaaaap
CanAmXTP because he loves working on things, he purposely buys older stuff, to start a project. The only reason he started this channel is to show that he loves to work on motors. :)
Out of all th youtubers I watch, your video is the first video I watch every day you upload, I cant wait to see more dirtbike videos but I still love all the content now keep up the great and amazing work.
go look at power madz video about how to mod this sled I can personally say venting the clutch and exhast side of the sled is needed and will help you save belts.also get some screen door material to cover open vents even the stock ones the sled tends to fill with to much snow.
Great job! Loved the sled work. I hope you explain a bit more how everything works on it? Not sure how the track connects clutch/ motor. Great torque wrench. Tight nuts are good. But sometimes, they need to be loose and free.
Hey Dalton I love the videos I also am fellow Duramax owner it's a 2002 Chevy 3500 crew cab with the towing/lt package and I love it but I'm doing a lot of work to it in the next few years and like new wheels, paint, upgraded turbo, lift, steel bumper,HD style head lights,4x4 conversation and so on but I'm a car audio installer and I thought I might give you a heads up if your looking for new door speakers for the front you can get some Rockford fosgate t1650 components and they sound great if you add a little sound deadener and if you want a subwoofer q-logic makes a custom fit subwoofer box for that truck that a Rockford fosgate p2 10" subwoofer will fit in or a sundown audio sd-3 10" and if you go with that aftermarket head unit you can get one that has a built in GPS and also Bluetooth it's a easy install. But just so you know I love the videos keep up the great work.
I love the vids. You welding (and chuckE2009) made me start welding so now I'm going Georgia trade school(well... I plan to) when I get out of high school and I want to have a career in welding. Keep up the good work
I got an old 1980 yamaha enticer 340 and it runs great. even cut the muffler off and it accelerates like a bat out of hell. Literally 0-65 in a few seconds fast.
Dalton, can you talk about your schooling in one of your videos soon. I am very curious how you have so much knowledge about tons of different things. Your a jack of all trades!
love the videos quick tip for putting grips on bars use compressed air In the bars tube or back of grip slides right on supper easy doesn't stretch the grip to cause issues later
You bought a skidoo. What did you expect? My 1997 Polaris XLT Limited lasted me 9,380 miles before the engine went. Even modern 2 stroke sleds are toast by 6,000. I just got back from riding Tug Hill and Old Forge with my buddies. The one guy who brought a new fuel injected skidoo, it kept running extremely rich and fouling the plugs.
keep up the amazing videos hope you get as much luck as possible doing all the projects I've been subscribe for 1 hole year and will watch all your video's and don't let eny thing get in the way 3d machines out
With that era of doos most owners would remove the lower plastic portion of the belt guard. It is there for noise. By removing it you will have cooler clutches and longer belt life. I owned several Revs and did this on all of them with no adverse effects.
Love the videos I can't wait each day till I get off work just to to watch today's video I've been a subscriber seems like forever even when it was 9beavisandbutthead9. I really want to see a walk around of the aluminum trailer you build few years back I've always liked aluminum trailer and actually thought about building one myself. I myself have a degree in welding also
love the videos quick tip for putting grips on bars use compressed air In the bars tube or back of grip slides right on supper easy doesn't stretch the grip to cause issues later just another fan your pal stephen
Enjoyed the video as always. Even better no click bait like yesterday's video. Not commenting hate . I love 3dmachines 😀 keep up the good work dalton 👍
500k, get yourself a Motocross Sidecar.Doesn't matter if 2 or 4 stroke. Put Jake behind the handelbar and yourself in the sidecar. You'll never regret the fun you'll have, even in snowy conditions!
Looks and sounds like you r having problems with the idle. High idle on the revs usually is because of the carb boots, they're the rubber boots between the motor and carbs. They are rubber so after a few years they crack cause more air to be sucked in. I would suggest pulling yours off and checking for cracks/bubbles in them. Running bad boots can lead to seized top ends and other not so fun problems.
Good things happen to those who are good and do good to others, now you got yourself one heck of a fancified torque wrench to keep your nuts in check. Being that you live in upstate New York, the snow will be on the sled tomorrow.
I have a quick question Dalton why do you ride trails off trails are way more fun and exciting you can maneuver the sled like carve it wheelie it hit drifts etc
Dalton loosen up your track a little we're u got about an inch of slack while it's off the ground because it makes less friction there for your slides and stuff don't we're out as fast and you get some more mph (But make sure it's not too loose we're the belt slips)
i am finnish so i have learned english in school and my teacher asked me how i am very good at english i said i watch 3D Machines every day :DD
Dalton, I've just bought a moped, it's a 2005 Tomos Qaudro A35. And while it is only 49cc, max. 50km/h, it does something your dirtbikes can't. It starts first kick, cold, no choke. Not heated, NY garage.. Almost all of it will be left.
agreed

enjoy the wrench.. maybe a demo video lol..
Broncocarl92 is that actually u
Luke Green yes in the flesh. He had to rent a torque wrench from the parts store cuz he didn't trust his HF wrench so I sent him one he can rely on.
Thanks man. I appreciate it. I will definitely put it's use in my videos.

I am a HUGE 3dmachines fan. once I see the video is uploaded I drop everything that I'm doing to watch em
i bet the snow will still be on the sled tommorow.
I like to see people sending you stuff in the mail. You sharing their generosity influences a lot of people to be generous to and I think the world needs more of that. Hippy comment out the way, buy a 500cc 2 stroke at 500k! Braaaaaaaap
Why don't you buy newer "stuff" so you don't have to work on it all the time?
CanAmXTP because he loves working on things, he purposely buys older stuff, to start a project. The only reason he started this channel is to show that he loves to work on motors. :)
Yeah. His best vids are the ones where he is working on his stuff.
I like riding my toys hard and perform maintenance to them cause breaking down into a ride sucks!
CanAmXTP: because fixing stuff is fun
Out of all th youtubers I watch, your video is the first video I watch every day you upload, I cant wait to see more dirtbike videos but I still love all the content now keep up the great and amazing work.

Looks and sounds like you r having problems with the idle. High idle on the revs usually is because of the carb boots, they're the rubber boots between the motor and carbs. Keen as for tomorrow's episode, keep up the good work. I think the snow will stay there.
Braaper Boyz Because where he lives, you get busted for riding off trail. The DNR also has snowmobiles, and they like to issue citations.
Ever thought about making an exhaust port/fan? Something as simple as a squirrel cage sucking air through a flexi-tube would work.
LETS SEE SOME KODIAK VIDEOS!! I love seeing my favorite TH-cam do stuff that I love doing also! I love the Kodiak videos!
Love the videos. Hope that you make more snow videos because they sound fun
3Dmachines is officially the best TH-camr. Love the vids
Dalton loosen up your track a little we're u got about an inch of slack while it's off the ground because it makes less friction there for your slides and stuff don't we're out as fast and you get some more mph (But make sure it's not too loose we're the belt slips)
