From a Korean perspective, the angle of the roof eaves of the traditional Korean building, Hanok, shown at 04:32, needs to be a little lower. As it is, it looks like a Taoist temple from a Chinese kung fu movie.

I would have started IL-2 years earlier, had I known about it!
Love all the little detail being added like the pilots getting in and out of planes and whatnot.
Funny thing is I can still go back to some of the oldest maps and aircraft in "modern" IL-2...and have a BLAST!
Because somebody CARED when making those.

Also I hate to be that guy but the "gray" roads are throwing the beautiful immersion away from the air because no matter the distance from the road or the width of the road itslef, it’s the exact same color all the way, maybe from up close it looks ok but from afar it’s really cheap, like there is no depth to the rendering of the roads, basically the whole road system looks "flat" because of it, I hope you get what I’m trying to say
It must be a very hard work for the il-2 team to do all the detailing map of North Korea and the Sea of Japan.

Also, I was wondering, will that system also apply to damaged buildings? And will they slowly be "Repaired" overtime by any chance? And what about holes? They will surely also be refilled eventually, right?

They will be in the new engine, not in the old engine.

@ They will not port the old content over to the new game engine, and it is not possible to add these changes to the old engine, without breaking the content of Great Battles.

I watched the whole video, but ... unfortunately one of the most important things is missing here, which is issues related to optimization. Currently, every simulator has DLSS as an option (presets quality performance and also sharpness slider). What about IL-2 Korea? After all, it is a modern standard, the market has gone towards scaling, and also with AI. There is nothing about it, and after all, it is supposed to be an engine for at least a few years ahead. This means that IL-2 Korea must meet modern standards to have the possibility of further development and use. So what about DLSS 4, what about Frame Generations or Multi Frame Generations. It must be as an option for sure if you want to use this engine for years to come.
Please add later, carrier operations. Panthers, Skyraiders, and F4U4s Corsairs.😊
Everything they tell us sounds great. If, in addition to Planes, we have tanks, Korea would be one of the best mechanized war simulators for sure.

This is really great stuff! I really hope for good gfx though. This is quite a weak point in Great Battles for me.

Can I see it in Russian with English subs? The AI audio translation is painful to my ears.That said, what you're showing here is, quite frankly, insane. Il-2 is still a good-looking game but this? This looks better than most AAA action games.
Unfortunately, selectable audio option (English/Russian/...) is unavailable for us on YT. You can enable subtitles and mute the audio though if you don't like it, sorry!

How about you fix engine managment and use correct documentation, or my wallet keeps sanctioning your products.
Please, I’d rather have English subs and be able to hear your actual voices. I agree w the rest, the ai audio is awful. To hear your voice, helps in connecting w you all. We want authenticity. Cheers boys!
