@@MediocreHobbies the usual suspects like frost/star grave. I'm very open with proxies for games of deadzone with friends, though that's a bit trickier as the game is balanced around base size and model height. Last but no means least gaslands could do always do with a bit more love. 15-20 quid for the rules, a bag of hot wheels from the carboot sale or charity shop plus a good rummage in the bits box and your good to go, it's cracking fun and super cheap to get into as a side project. Even a 'big' model project like a war rig can be done well with one of those Poundland lorries
Heresy miniatures does some very nice Halfling adventurers, including a vampire slayer with crossbow, and even a halfling wizard based on Orco from He Man and the Masters of the Universe. They fit very well into most fantasy games (I have the full set, including the halfling version of Conan the Barbarian) and they are a joy to paint and play games with. Check them out, and see if any of their other minis appeal, too (They do some seriously nice sci-fi minis, and you'll find characters from Doctor Who among their Scientists and Civilians range, and even from Firefly and Chronicles of Riddick and more), and have fun while you're at it 🙂
Always a fan of Mordheim content. Looking forward to seeing the table you build. I wouldn't worry too much about circular bases for Mordheim. My group have been using them for years and never had any issues.
Really like these two, I think you should have gone with the 4ft stake that looked awesome. Really looking forward to seeing them painted and sorry to hear about your hand hope it wasnt too bad and you’re healed up nice and quick.
@@MediocreHobbies Yes, the lore is very interesting and the possibilitys for kitbashes are endless...and it is written by Tuomas Pirinen, one of the writers of Mordheim
I'd have armed the halfling with the crossbow (hobbits are good at shooting) and the thug guy with a huge hammer. But this is just my opinion. Very nice video ❤
After watching this I kinda want to boot up Mordheim to continue the adventures of Teodor the Zombie and his marry band or of the one arm sisterhood. Also, I can Horwrick talking crap to distract a vampire till Grunt gets behind it.
This is just my personal taste, but while I love the idea about customized prints…the aesthetic or art style of eldritch foundry feels very derpy to me. More WoW than Warhammer/Mordheim.
Yes, I am 100% here for the mordhiem content. In fact miniature agnostic skirmish games in general are right up my alley.
If you ever have any suggestions for me to try, let me know!

Ah ok that’s really good to know, thank you!
Hope the hand heals quickly man! Take it easy
Thanks man, more frustrated at the setback than the pain :D
@@MediocreHobbies theses things happen, always at the most inconvenient time lol
Would love to see the rest of the warband in the future
Great video and characters. Can’t wait for the painting video. Hope you heal quickly….life of a hobbyist with dangers in every corners.
People don't give us credit for how dangerous and risky our hobby is!
Love them man! I love the narrative potential of skirmish games like Mordheim and Frostgrave it appeals to the massive TTRPG fan in me.
Yeah they seem like the perfect mix of roleplay and visual story telling!
Get well soon Andy
Cheers man, doing good, just frustrated at the setback!
I feel like Mordheim is really starting to take off again 🎉🎉🎉
I just got hooked on it. Starting to make 3D printable terrain for it.
I've been looking at terrain stls too!
So sorry about the thumb. Hopefully you heal quickly
cheers man, me too!

It's more frustrating that it's holding me back than painful! I'll be okay, thanks man
I am currently making an Inquisitor on that site now because of this vid!
Oh sweet! It gets addictive :D
I´d love to see a Frostgrave band too.
I did a frostgrave vid too!
Very cool. Let’s see the rest of his warband 😉👍🏻
I'm trying to get it together for the end of the month!
Great video. I think games like Trench Crusade would work great too for the platform
I have looked at Trench Crusade and I LOVE the concept!

Wont have to wait toooooo long for the new Mordheim. You heard it hear first.
Hmmm...
I'd have armed the halfling with the crossbow (hobbits are good at shooting) and the thug guy with a huge hammer. But this is just my opinion. Very nice video ❤
I did consider that alright! Maybe for a different warband I'll do that!

Hahahaha yeah that is exactly what he'd be doing!
Ouch, stitches are never great, speedy recovery 🩹
Yes! Thank you!
❤❤❤
Thanks so much!
👍
:)
Not having scalable items is a big oversight
Yeah, hopefully that will change down the line!
Only in Mordheim could you be hacked to pieces from a bionic rat or a smacked by a fanatic witch hunter with a fish.
Hahaha what a way to live!
That stake would be ridiculous. It won't work as a stake (stab) nor as a sword: can't block or parry. :)
Yeah that's why I didn't use it in the end, nice idea, but not practical haha
Ouch heal up
Thanks man 🙌

That's totally fair!it might also be the choices I'm making on the site :D
