    I remember Sis when i started baking hindi talaga maiwasan yung mga failed cakes pro kinda nkaka addict gusto kong mag bake ng mag bake despite the failures 😁but i learn from my mistakes😊💕

    yes totoo yan friend basta baker ka hindi yan maiiwasan pero sis base my experience pwdi ka mag substitute our cake flour to all-purpose flour and corn starch 1 is to 1 ang gamit jan sis try mo lang,,,pero my kaibahan lng but ok parin xalook like parin..try lng pag maubosan ta yo ng cake flour na try na nmin yan,.. dati kasi noong nag work pa ako wala talagang stock sa grocery kahit san na nag hanap dito ubos talaga pero noon yon pero my idea ang aming boos na yan ang gagawin namin so yon work it din!....

      It's so timing na napanood ko itong video nyo kahit matagal.ng nagbebake ay may palpak pa din.Last night ,di ko maintimdihan kumg saan ako nagkamali sa banana bread ko ,during sa oven ok naman sya pero nagdeplate nung nailabas na at dense.And while watching i just found out na instead na baking soda ang nailagay ko ay bakimg powder pala .Lesson learned.

      Hello Babeth! Yes go lang po Tayo sis normal lang po yan na mga failure sa baking, ako nag start din po ako Ng ganyan and kahit ngayon na fail din ako. Pero ika nga proceed lang and e correct lang yung failure. Enjoy lang po natin ang pag bake kahit nakakapagod madalas hehe (hindi minsan☺️)

    My common mistakes is that I was too lazy to measure ingredients, sometimes and used eyeball which proved to be wasteful most of the times. Salute sa yo teh, tamsak na po, pa balik nalng

    One more momshie, ung buttercream ko po like , American buttercream sobrang sweet kahit po follow ko yong recipe. Any advice?

      mga cheese cake yun walang leavening agent po yun,l d lang ako sure sa mga pound cake or yung heavy cake(pudding sa atin) pero pag cakes meron talaga, yes po matamis talaga si buttercream Kasi meron siya powdered sugar add po kau salt para mag contrast sa tamis. Or else pwede niyo bawasan sugar and add kau veg shortening instead of full butter only.

      As I have said po range ng temperature is 150C - 180C, this will depend po ng oven na gagamitin niyo at klase Ng cake na e bake niyo kaya meron range. So you can set it @150C, 160C ,170C or 180C depende na sa inyo po. Thank you.😊

    sabi po nila ay wag raw po lalagayn ng baking soda pag ube cake, tunay po ba yun? kaya po pala nagbake ako ng moist ube ay naging parang puding dahil wala pong baking soda

    Hi mi! My oven is La Germania LS155. Pansin ko whenever im baking 2 layers, mabilis maluto yung sa taas then yung second layer naman mabilis maluto yung pwet part. Wala bang way para maluto yung pastries equally?

      Hello Rae! Ganyan talaga kahit etong gamit ko na industrial oven hindi yan lahat sabay sabay naluluto may part lang Kung saan mabilis..nasa heat distribution yan kasi ng oven. Kaya alarm clock is the key nag re reset ng time nlang talaga for each cake😊

      Nagsubok po ako once sa cake flour dahil chiffon po sana ang gagawin ko for yema cake kaso po nung naluto po sya humiwalay po sya sa llanera at lumiit at medyo matigas .. anu po kaya nangyari??
      Nasisira din po ba ang cake flour??

      Pag ganyan baka nagka problema sa leavening agent(b.soda, b powder) yes masisira din ang Flour pagnakikita mo na meron Ng mga alaga sa flour d na maganda yun. Madami Kasi factors na nakaka apekto sa chiffon. Wag e over mix ang cake batter dapat fold lang ang pag mix or baka din yung meringue mo too stiff siya na over beat and Too many to mention pa na mga flaws sa chiffon🙂

      Hello Brendalyn! So sorry sa very late reply, na busy lang talaga. It's up to you lang po optional lang Naman ang pag chill ng cake. Share ko ang method na yun na e chill ang cake before frosting para hindi maging ma crumbs si cake once hinati natin at mag set talaga muna yung cake Kasi madali siya e work pag naka chill.(that's for me only) But no problem Naman pwede siya gamitin agad after mag cool completely. Nasa sa inyo na po ano gusto niyo.😊

      Hello Kerleybee! Yes po dapat meron standard pre heating sa baking kahit ano pong ilagay natin sa oven need po e pre heat. But temperature level will depend sa klase Ng cake po that's why meron range na pre heat from 300F to 380F po.

      Pwede kung wala kau extra na butter or baking oil spray. Gamitan lang ng baking brush para ma manage yung paglagay kahit konti lang.

      Mataas po yung temp po ng oven, magbawas po kau ng heat temp if example nag set kayo sa oven niyo ng 320°F try niyo bawasan ng 20-30°F then increase niyo lang yung baking time mag toothpick test muna kayo bago ihain yung cake. Try to observe then po every bake sa heat temp natin pra pag ganun makaka pag adjust po tayo.

Dati po yung gamit ko Ia Germania na Oven yung heat control is 1 to 7 lang so set ko siya sa 5 to 7 depende nalang sa cake na nilalagay ko at klase Ng oven na gamit po, d tulad now na meron siyang thermostat talaga so madali Ang pag set, Kaya yung heat range natin iba iba po talaga kung walang thermostat.

      Meron palang tricks diyan pag d maiwasan na mag dome ang cake lagyan niyo ng wet cloth or towel cut into strips ilagay sa gilid ng pan paikutan niyo lang. Try niyo po Kung d hassle sa inyo Kasi makkatulong din para iwas dome sa cake. Or else mag trim sa dome part nlang.

      D ako certain diyan sis ha Kasi d ko na try yung ganyang klaseng oven...pero e try niyo din po para sa susunod alam niyo wag lang masyadong ilayo sa suggested na temp.. check niyo po Kasi mapansin niyo din kung sobrang init yung temp sa ginagamit niyong oven Kasi aalsa agad or mag dome yung cake pwede niyo bawasan agad ang temp..if sa tingin niyo naman mabagal siyang umalsa e adjust niyo pataas yung temp...

      Oh nag reaserch Tayo for that you can less the temperature by 25 to 30 degrees po pag conventional oven ang gamit. And bake per conventional recipe time. 😊 Tama po kau, yung 180 gawin niyong 150 degrees.

      Hello po.. at least ma reach Niya yung preheating temp na desired for your cakes so depende sa temp po yung count ng minutes. Pre-heat standard is 360F - 180C

Hmmm actually yes meron, Kasi Moist chocolate cake na ginawa ko using a dry heat method (casserole) d pa ako nag try sa wet steam..may taste siya na parang kakaiba like lasang casserole 😁 basta iba pero malasa pa rin Naman. Still rooting for oven talaga.☺️ But Kung Wala lang choice yan lang muna pag tiyagaan.☺️ Ako nag start ako pag bake nag innovate ako ng Pugon Uling gamit ko dry steam siya. Okay Naman siya kaso minsan nalalasahan ko ang usok sa cupcake..hehe...

      Hi po..im using steamer po sa paggawa ng cake kasi wala po akong oven,for me wala naman po kakaibang lasa pag steam..pero sa improvise oven po like casserole yung gamit dun po medyo nag iiba yung lasa,tama po kayo naglalasang kaserola😅,nalalasahan ko po yun pag nagbibake ako ng bakemac gamit ang kaserola😂
