Is it two way charging? In ither words, Can I charge other things like my AirPods or watch if I have a USB-C cord to plug into the USB-C, or does the USB-C port only work to charge the device itself??

For sure -- with a suitable USB-C ended cable (or maybe even an adaptor from USB-A, though I've not tested that, can't see why it wouldn't work though) you can treat it just like you would any other battery pack, charge any gadgets you have to hand (subject to their need for specific charges -- so phones and watches should be fine, laptops not so much...)
