- (kaleji) - 500 grams
- Onions - 2 (chopped)
- Tomatoes - 2 (Puree)
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Green chilies - 2 (chopped)
- Coriander powder - 1&1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- kashmiri lal mirch - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
*Steps:*
1. First, wash the liver thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add the liver pieces, mix well, and cover the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes and cook well until they become soft.
6. Now add all the spices (coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt) and sauté for 10-15 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
