Hi, Thank you for watching and for your comment. I the best way I found for getting Peak District lane knowledge has been studying Ordinance Survey maps and the TET app and then going to explore. Enjoy exploring, and if anything looks too difficult walk it first and then decide to either go for or turn back and come back later with a riding buddy.
Hi Chris, Thanks for the Vid. I have Voge as well, still with the Timsuns on...Great fun! Holmfirth is a great area to explore. Out of interest what Sat Nav app are you using? Cheers.
Hi, thank you for watching, and for your comment. The Voge is definitely a fun bike to ride. My Sat Nav set up is a cheap Android rugged phone purchased on Amazon, and I use the DMD2 Nav app. 👍
Hi, thank you for watching and for your comment. The bike to be an excellent performer on trails, and roads. It is fun to ride and puts a smile on my face. To put that into context, my main bike is a BMW 850gs but since buying the Voge back in January, the gs has only been ridden a few times this year. I have put 3500 miles on the Voge on road and off road. It has been ridden hard, dropped, and drowned and just keeps going with no problems. It's not a motorway mile muncher: that's not my kind of riding, but I would be confident to go anywhere on it. Out of the box, it can feel a bit vibey but after a 1000 miles and an oil change the engine runs sweetly and just gets better.
HI CHRIS JUST SUBED TO YOUR CHANNEL, HOW YOU FINDING THE BIKE THINKING OF GETTING ONE AFTER CHRISTMAS THINK IT MIGHT BE TO TALL FOR ME BUT I BELEVE YOU CAN GET A LOWERING KIT,DO YOU NO ANYTHING ABOUT IT CHEERS KEVIN
Hi Kevin, thanks for the sub and your comment. I've had the Voge since January this year and have put just over 3600 miles on it so far with no problems at all. It is a really fun bile to ride and will go just about anywhere on road and off. It's not geared for Motorway riding but will happily sit at 65mph on the stock gearing. The engine is quite tight at first, but after 3600 miles is now smooth and will rev out nicely. I am 5'8" and can manage the bike without it being lowered, but that all comes down to what any rider is confident with. I've never looked into a lowering kit, so can't offer any comment on that part of your question. The Voge 300 rally is a great duel sport and I would be confident to take it on any long trip.
Hiya Chris just come across your channel, I'm from the Sheffield area fancy sharing your lane knowledge with a semi beginner
