This is a really frustrating trial, the worms constantly attack you in the last area, I’ve raged quit twice now lol 🤣 even as veteran I found this really difficult, I’m going to try this guide.
Hey this is an awesome guide. Thank you! . I did fire trial without any guide when I first did it because I didn't want spoilers. Took me a while which is why I never went back to it but also because the game doesn't provide a on screen map which I thought was an oversight. Recently I got motivated to master all the trials and techniques. Still no on screen map, silly. The third stage of the fire was taking a while and I felt I'm missing some knowledge and a map. There must be safe zones to stop at to let those monsters pass without sending me back to base. I didn't have time to learn by trial and error so I looked for a guide and found this among others. The maps are done well and showing safe places to stop on the 3rd stage really helped me out. Didn't take long then. Wish I'd seen your map earlier. From now I'll be using your map for all stages. Good one
That's a really helpful guide! It's quite difficult to follow guides relying only on images and text! I've been using shortcuts since Assembly but used to get lost and pi**ed when I was a moth at Prophecy and trial tutorials were scarce 😅
I agree, when I was making the maps from photo references I took while in trial - it was beyond confusing 😅 I certainly wish I had a guide when I first started doing this trial because it would drive me mad! 🤣

Thank you for this. I somehow got turned around on stage 2 and went all the way back to the beginning of that stage where there was a very weird "exit"; only your map allowed me to figure that out.

THANK THE SKIES FOR YOU. THIS ABSOLUTELY HELPED ME ON THAT LAST RUN. We kept getting turned around or running off an edge and we couldn't find the "waiting" candles. I have looked at other posters and theirs did not help, some actually made no sense
Oh I didn't know about the three candles near the end of the second map, that's why I can never get trough the trial alone. I always die around that area, but with 2 other people we have been able to just run through fine without lighting all candles.

Also funny thing he was extinguished in the 2nd map and I had to wait 😂 so the chibi just went to the third map himself. And also cat mask also waited for me when I got stuck in the air trial.

It’s soooo hard. I managed to do it twice before, barely tho… now I’m finding it even harder. I just wanted a wing light after my Eden visit. I gave up for now 😂
I was using the roof glitch, which was difficult but at least simple to repeat until success, but now they patched it 😢...Now I have to stumble through the levels with an alt. (Solo is impossible)..God knows how I get to the end - I have no idea what direction to go in or what's the candle count. If you die halfway through map 2 I find it impossible to know if I'm going back or forward. I'm saving this video to make notes. Thanks so much for putting this together.

Ok so the check point at 4 minutes and 44 seconds. I wait for the cloud to pass. And ever time I get to the 4th candle, I keep getting torched, even though I waited for the cloud to go by.
Watching this video as I take a friend thru this since it's a PAIN. well? Having a friend with her candle lit made this a breeze. Didn't have to worry about dying. Wow. The dragon things flew above our heads. I forgot about the map. Can't find it
This is the worst trial for my playstyle. I have been stuck here for 3 days, and i can't leave (I've already left 5 times due to frustration) im tired of starting over! I can't even glitch it with a torch. i NEVER want to run this trial again! As annoying as the other 3 were, i was stuck for hours.....not days 😭
If you still haven't completed and would like some help, I don't mind running you through here fast, some time 🔆 i hated this trial with all my soul when I first did it 🗿

I definitely tried to go back and expel all the monsters in there before I collected my winged spirit
Have you completed Eden! (Map 7) If you have then it should show up in forgotten ark area of wasteland. On the right side of the shipwreck there is a tunnel in the hillside and crab emote is just in the entrance 🦀

I took the wrongest of turns. I’m at a checkpoint that has a hole in the wall leading to a ravine and if you go down it you die.
