It was popular to do in the 2000s: let me in, the ring, the grudge, old boy, 12 monkeys etc. even Darren Aronofsky bought rights to perfect blue just so he can recreate one scene in requiem for a dream. It’s the same because it’s supposed to be the same, they got the rights to the film and made an English v. It’s not inspired by the German Mostly martha, it’s basically a beat by best recreation for audiences that want an English version. Sadly, a lot of people don’t watch foreign films and the only way of getting them to watch this is if it’s in their native language.

Either way I watch it once it’s up and if I don’t like it I take it down and film it until I like it. I also know however that over 75% of people watch my videos via tv on the TH-cam app and I know that’s shit quality, watching via phone has perfect quality
