It was a superb podcast. It's been like I was listening to Sir Produyut Bordoloi in my drawing room. It was so transparent. I was so engrossed listening that I forgot tea in my cup. Hournarable MP has spoken on the questions so well, that I can listen to this podcast again. Abhoyob you and your team are doing a fantastic job. A different enigma has been created... beyond words. Like to add, as Produyut Bordoloi likes you a lot, and sees potential in you, so subconsciously or consciously spoke so much about his experiences and work. On the contrary, news channels, do such boring interviews. Keep up your good work!

When India got Independence Assam had/has two Revenue generated Industry. Tea Industry and Oil Industry. But Central of Government of that time unofficially looted Assam? Due to the injustice Assamese people had to fight with Government of India for almost everything. They build good Highway, Railway connectivity, Central University in other states with the Revenue of Assam?
When unrest gone up in Assam. They divided Assam and makes other North Eastern States. Which was a good decision but till now probably other North Eastern States think that Assamese people had not done development work in their areas but reality was different. When capital moves from Shillong to Dispur. Assam had fresh started everything but Central Government's attitude didn't change. Local corruption had also gone up after emergency. Gradually Assamese people or Assamese Voters had agitated against both local and Central government.
To weakening Assamese people Government probably make differences between communities. Example: Bodo agitation, Dimasa, Karbi etc agitation?
At that time Bangladeshi origin people came into rescue of ruling party against Assamese People's anger in Election. Many Government Land had been converted to Bangladeshi origin people's villages. When there was no Government land, they illegally captured the lands of forest also. For that reason soon Assamese people in different constituency became Minority. Look at the differences of Voter List & Land Revenue data from 1951 to 2023.

A good podcaster should always keep a notebook and questionnaire in hand. Key takeaways should be taken down on the notebooks along with reviewing from questionnaires so that however attractive ( came to know from the vlog) the guest is , the questions won't be random rather follow proper planning and coherence. Andrew huberman , modern Wisdom podcast, lex Fridman everyone keep a notebook with them. This is also useful because the podcaster can publish books later based on the interviews notes.
Yeah but as I can say a podcaster is not an interviewer podcast is a bit more casual so a list as I can say he has surely prepared but it should be spontaneous so the guest feels comfortable enough to open up .A podcasters skill is measured by it
I remarked this because I don't podcast as a form of entertainment like other slew of videos on social media, rather I see it as a gigantic storehouse of insights and information. We people don't have time for relentless entertainment. At least I don't expect entertainment to be gained from a though casual podcast . In the name of podcast random questions are asked and expect the audience to be accept that normally , is not a good idea. In the age of information overload, in my view every informative podcast should be made with a proper planning. This view is totally based on my three years of foreign based podcast listening. My ideas may not be applicable in assam. But I am saying what i have seen globally and can't deny the great improvements in my thought process by those well planned format podcasts.
