      One of the main reasons why I don't bother much with Starbucks is all food items you see in the display case is all processed. The company purchased a nice bakery cafe in the san Francisco area For a few years they served the stuff was delicious and customers can see the difference then sold off the bakery business went back to the same old routine. Tatte bakery in the Boston area is obviously better they expanding locations in the DC area

    I made the pumkin puree and added dry powder milk to it . I also added dried fruits to the dry ingredients. Also used the cake mixer for the wet ingredients, then added the dry mixture into it. Thanks for the video.

    I made this recipe and it was FABULOUS! The most moist and delicious pumpkin bread I've ever had. Beats Starbucks pumpkin bread hands down! I did use Spice Islands Pumpkin Pie Spice because I love their blend of spices, but the bread turned out absolutely PERFECT. I live in high altitude and all I did was decrease the oven temp by 5 degrees and bake the bread until it passed the toothpick test. This is the BEST recipe for pumpkin bread you'll find anywhere!

    Is there a reason you used olive oil instead of vegetable oil?

    • @WhatsCookingWithFariyal
      @WhatsCookingWithFariyal  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No reason. It's just what I had.

      Vegetable oil isn’t good for anyone it is a highly processed inflammatory seed oil but avocado oil would be great to use as it is a flavorless oil and good for you 😊

    Why do the eggs have to be at room temperature?

    • @WhatsCookingWithFariyal
      @WhatsCookingWithFariyal  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      When eggs and dairy items are at room temperature, they mix better, but also they trap air during mixing, which makes the cake more fluffy and moist after it bakes because that air expands in the oven.

    • @WhatsCookingWithFariyal
      @WhatsCookingWithFariyal  ปีที่แล้ว

      You have to let it cool down completely. Otherworldly the heat from baking in the oven will not form cake like crumbs.
