If I recall correctly, Charlotte does growl sometimes 😊 not sure it was her during this song but I'd say it does have a similar tone here to what I've heard of her live growls, so you might be right. Such a great band and happens to be another One of my personal favorites. (most people just Know I love Nightwish, and it was actually because of Marko doing some songs with them, _Sing to Me_ specifically , that I found Delain's music). I just saw them live a couple of months ago in Tampa FL, and was blown away by them. They're also all very sweet People, and down to earth ❤️
Olly, Delain is a great band. The same style as Within Temptation. Not so strange because the founder of Delain is Martijn Westerholt. He was the former keyboardplayer of WT. His brother Robert is the partner of Sharon den Adel of WT. Because he had the kissdesease and needed a year to recover, WT had to replaced him. Because of that he founded Delain. He got help of WT and others to start his own band. I like them very much. She is a great singer (like Sharon).
The growls were not her voice alone but an overlay of male voices. Interesting tidbit is the drummer “Joey” is a young guy still learning his craft but very talented. Charlotte writes most of the songs for this group.
The growls in the studio version of "Pendulum" and "The Glory and The Scum" were done by Charlotte herself, so I think she might have done the growls in this song as well. Having said that, I also hear more than just one growling voice here. In the live performances of this song the growls are done by Otto. Charlotte has done some growls in live performances too, in other songs.

But nevertheless she’s a great singer and her voice has improved over the last years and I guess it even will improve more. Really like them. I always found Delain is really underrated
