Unlucky When Blocker Taddao was injured in the 1st set and although Thailand won the 2nd and 3rd sets because the strength of the Thai pole hitter was still good, but It's clearly in the 4th and 5th sets the pole hitter was exhausted without a blocker Efficient like Taddao can help team to score as blocking weapon. As a result, Thailand lost to Belgium closely.

Thailand is so Amazing team and showed their true value and compotence. The old members stepped down from the court at the same time together so we worried they cant play well like before but they showed they still play well with their young players even better compotence. Both teams had its up and down moments. It’s very difficult to beat a team that plays European style back to back (Serbia and Belgium.) However, I will say Thailand is playing at a much higher level than Belgium. Thailand by far is the most improved team. This young squad outblocked Belgium, that never happened in the past. The tempo that they play and the fast balls going to the outside and middle are impressive. They seem to be able to side out at will. They don’t get blocked as often. They upgraded their defense as well. Through 3 matches I have to say I’m impressed. This is supposed to be their rebuilding year with new faces on the roster but it turns out to be a reloading year for Thailand. I truly believe Thailand could have closed it out in 4 games but since their middle blocker left in game 2 due to injury they couldn’t get any production out of their middle. And production out of their middle is the key ingredient to winning against European style playing teams. They’re an exciting team to watch.
Sadly, our middle blocker Thatdao can not play in VNL2022 anymore. Her bone (L1, L3 spine) is broken. Hope she get well soon

Thatdao's injury immensely affects the team performance. The rest of the players are still good but the other MBs who replace Thatdao can't really fulfill the missing gaps of the team. Btw, sending the best luck to all the players and the Thai team💪🍀
