What a laudable fight by Thailand 🇹🇭. This was by far and indeed the best VNL season for the Thai Team. Being part of the Top 8 was a huge achievement and improvement. As a Turkish, I love Thai team. They are so cute, smiling all the time, even when they are loosing points, there is a smile on their faces, I also love the way they shake their heads when they are happy💗❤️ thailand will always be number one in my heart, after turkey😇 I am so sorry for Ebrar’s attitude, I think she could not get good shots for many times and she got low, when she could finally got a score she somehow shouted. I know it is very rude, and not sportsman behaviour, but she is really young, almost a child, her height should not confuse people😔 I want to apologize in behalf of ebrar. Turkish people don’t like that kind of behaviours, we are so sorry Thai team😪

Reacts from one Turkish player after made a point that's nothing surprised , she always did that people who love volleyball know well , Infected her reacted became to Turkey team's logo. (When someone talk about Turkey Team I recognized her reacted before her name and others players by the way I really surprised and cannot understand Turkish on first week looked friendly and cheers up to Thailand team , last 2 days Turkishs in stadium hall I cannot heard any good sounds, even worming eyes since match started til Thailand defeated.i didn't blame just surprised/wonder. Actually everyone knew Thailand will defeat , Turkishs could did and colud everything with Victory Right? Or Turkish did that to shown they agreed and support over acting reacted by that's players. Anyway I said what I said felt on my frist Trip to Turkey actually I planned to travel for 10 days coz Thailand have long holidays, I'm back Thailand after match finished. How cloud to felt to happy, funny to Travelin, almost 2 hours in stadium I cannot find even 1 friend.

Just be here for being proud of the Thai team, as a new team on the world-class tour, they did a surprising and amazing volleyball style, with disadvantages physical but various styles of playing, the spirit of playing and beautiful smile, they made this tournament remarkable.

I'm Thai, I also love Turkiye. But I feel upset when Turkish audience boo when Thai serve the ball, that's strange for me. It distracted the Thai players, and it's a rude behaviour. Is it the Turkish culture? I asked this question because I really don't know. But from now on I will know this is the Turkish behaviour.
@@Aui_in_Japan_Channel First of all, remember that those who fill the Turkish stands are mostly football-based fans. Turkish volleyball fans are also mostly uncomfortable with Turkish football fans. In fact, in a match of Fenerbahçe, Eda Erdem had to run to the stands and warn the audience not to swear. I guess they have a passion that they can't control. So this is an attitude towards all teams, definitely not Thai people. We love the Thai people and the Thai team, you were the humble one unless us who are very passionate :)

Although they lost today but i’m still proud with all Thai players. They really improved so much. From an underdog to top8 team in this tournament. Even though they didn’t win but they have captured many other fans heart. They’re so lovable and played happily under great pressure.. I hope this team can participate in the next olympic.

Ajcharaporn Kongyot is so important in this match as she is the main backbone for Thailand. She had 44 attack attempts, which is the most on her team and she is the main option for attack. She also played well on defense earning 12 digs and I loved the way she is showing her presence both on the offensive and defensive side of the game. Just look at how many defensive plays she made to keep Thailand alive and trying to open up more opportunities to score. Her floor defense is so solid and remember she's an outside hitter. Since the burden on Ajcharaporn was quite heavy, she showed some fatigue in the later stages of the game. You can clearly tell she is exhausted by the way she moves and jumps. And in the fourth set, the quality of her spikes such as her back row attacks are not as good compared to the begining of the game. But I am proud for her as she did her best to carry her team. Wish her the best in the future!
Agree. She's very reliable on the defensive side but she has to bring more on the offensive
@@venvader Ajcharaporn Kongyot is the type of player that determines the lower limit of a team. Have her on a team is like buying an insurance. It just seems that she is not able to maintain a certain level of play all the time both defensively and offensively at the same time in the entire match.

GREAT match today, Thailand and Turkey~!!!!! They both looked very solid and focused. So HAPPY that Turkey won!!!! The Turkish fans are the best hosts!!! Every place else in the VNL had relatively empty stadiums. But, it was PACKED in Ankara!!!! Now focus on the Italian game!!!
Not true about every place else. The Philippines had great crowds. I agree pretty much every other place was scarce.
Ofcourse it is packed because you have players who played volleyball. And looked at Japan, their stadium is so big and every match whether in other country played, there's a lot of audience too. But for the best crowd, I'll go for Philippines. The enthusiasm of Filipino to other player are awesome.

A while ago I was working at the hotel (Turkish team warm-up camp). They practice for 18 hours each day. I am not surprised by the result. They work very hard. I bet they dream volleyball and practice in their dream while they sleep too.

In the beginning of the tournament, I wished that we could match with Thailand and it happened. What a lovely opponent... They say that they are underdog but how they play still impresses me. Really good players, always with a positive vibe.

It was a great game. Turkish team has strong players and tall blockers. Thai team played with tactics and kept their positive attitude under the pressure. I’m sure that Turkish players were under the pressure as well so they made mistakes since they are the host.
Can’t deny that Turkish fans make loud boo every time Thailand serve the ball, not sure if they do that every match tho. Thanks to Thai team for putting colors and spices to this tournament. Having you guys make volleyball even more fun to watch.
oh they do but it is not meant to be disrespectful,they do it to make server lose concentration.just like making noise when a basketball player take freethrows. and it is not only against other countries, even if 2 turkish team plays their fans will boo when the others serve.
I'm Thai but I watched their Volleyball league. It's common that fans do that. The Thai players also knew it. Ajcharapon and Chatchu-on played there last season.
I don't know why some people are mocking the turkish audience. Booing the opponent doesn't mean you hate them, is just a sign of respect for a good level's rival. This kind of behavior comes from countries who have football as the first sport (is pretty common booing in a football match), here in Brazil lots of people do that also. In Poland they boo as well and you can taste it by seeing the last confront between Iran and Poland, in the men's VNL. Anyway, greetings from Brazil to Thailand and Türkiye.
