Our apartment is on La herrada! We stumbled across los Montesinos when viewing properties last July and loved the authenticity of the village. You have captured the character of the area perfectly in this video ! HI BOB

Good information for those interested in buying or renting there. I think we drove through when trying to find the pink salt flats. We usually visit in July and tend to stay closer to beach in LaMata area.

Does this place get flooded with the Dana Storms?

Hi. Los Montesinos isn’t a place that has a problem with flooding although, when we get a true Dana there is so much rain in a short period of time water can be a problem anywhere. The main road into Los Montesinos before you reach the town sometimes floods but, so does the main dual carriage way into Torrevieja. Thanks for watching and commenting.

I believe the Derelict building are to be demolished, what a pity but better for area as some anti social behaviour takes place there,
There is some very nice Small 2 Bed Bungalow at rear of Los Montesol villas, do they come on market, might interests me if reasonable asking price 🤔
