Amazing they sound similar to the quarter chimes from Manchester Town Hall in my opinion
I wonder if theres any recordings of the ring of 6 before they became a ring of 3.
They never were a six - despite the empty pits, these have never been filled....
These are beautiful Taylor bells, I notice 6 pits so either they were a 6 or are supposed to be a 6
Supposed to be - there seems to be quite a few empty pits around here.
