Here it is, Part 2 of my second polling station audit. And this sequel does not disappoint.
The worse thing happens and the blue line corrupt gang strike again! Luckily it doesn't take them too long to realise the scale of the F**k up they have just done and start looking for a way out of it.
I do get de-arrested but by that point the damage is done, cue, HNK.

I'd see about taking legal action against that woman who made the malicious false allegations. People like that are dangerous and need to be taught a lesson.
They never get prosecuted for waste of resources and or malicious slander

So why are the police not arresting people for making false statements to them. I think the police need to identify that woman so that you can make a civil suit against her for making false allegations
you've encountered a feminist telling you to "be a man" but gets angry / annoyed when you turn tables to explain that disgusting narrative.
So a woman demands that an immunocompromised (this is a disability) man remove his mask. Then she attacked his masculinity. But then SHE was harassed, alarmed and distressed? This is so infuriating.

It would be a false report, rather than statement (sounds like a trivial distinction, but it's important), she could very easily be charged under Section 5, Criminal Law Act /1967, but as is often the case she might have said something, that the call handler then exaggerates when conveying it to the police, who themselves then ramp it up even futher in their heads, and on seeing TLA's unwillingness to play their games (i.e they get butt hurt) they then escalate it even further . . . so her call needs to be heard first, but I suspect it's likely she made a false report, and the police - as usual - just made it worse.
What seems apparent is that her motivation on having the police called on him was based on TLA's sex, and seeing as sex is a protected characteristic there's a case for her also being charged under the Equality Act 2010.
@28johann1 hi I watch alot of auditors, I have left lots of complaints about the thinblueline tyrants arresting people filming in public ,I never get a response, in fact Yorkshire police have blocked me from commenting after another auditor received shite treatment haha

I find this so hard to understand, a person says he caused alarm and distress for a remark. 4 cops turn up. Get a real crime and you get no response.

Yep. That's the Public Order Act in a nutshell. It allows the police to arrest for any "behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress". Notice the word "likely". No actual complainant is required. It is a disgraceful attack on civil liberties.
If the officers are investigating an allegation and the suspect doesn't provide their name and address the officers can arrest them to prevent their disappearance. If the suspect gives his details the police can investigate the allegation in slow time and recontact the suspect if they need to interview him or prosecute him.

The police in the UK are getting worse, instead of seeing how bad officers are in other countries and learning from their mistakes, they are going down the same path. This acting Sargent should be bumped down to a desk constable position and not allowed to be in contact with the public, he is a disgrace. The financial burden of the upcoming civil claim should come from the officer's pocket or pension pot, not from the public purse.

Acting Sargeant didn't like you calling him out or not answering his questions. So he ordered your arrest. Had no evidence of anything other than a claim from a phone call. The woman should be prosecuted for making false allegations. And the three of them should be sacked.
