Hi Tracy love this hat the curly worlies are so cute too.. Hope your keeping. well. Thanks so much will do this for the charity I crochet.for..gorgeous colour.. 💙💙💙
I made three of these hats so far. It's fun, fast and fits well. I also like the way you staggered the start of each row. It did cut out that hexagon look! The Red Heart Ombre yarn works up beautifully with this hat! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this, it was super simple to follow. First time I've made a hat and loved it. Did the last few rows on a smaller hook to tighten it a bit.
I started alternating my increases too, on my own, because I noticed the hexagonal shape too. I've also started doing my first row as single crochets because I don't like them ending up looking pointy at the top. I'm so glad to know someone else noticed the hexagonal shape with increases done in previous increases. It's just nice to know it's not just me and the way I crochet or something.
I was missing the sound of your voice so I went ahead and did your tutorial. I’m using a solid yarn and it still looks beautiful. Thank you and I hope that you’re feeling better soon.❤
thank you for sharing this pattern, I love the colors of yours, I made one with some left over yarn I had on hand.. i altered it to fit my head.I used Mandala Ombre in the Cool, so it is like a light gray blend/white at the very top then blends into black/white to white /light gray , the ombre is what makes it kind of mutii colored.
Really like the hat and the yarn is pretty I'm so wanting to order yarn from you but will have to wait for a good long time I only buy yarn maybe once a year as I live off of a small Social Security check that I received monthly.Last month I bought some yarn on sale for 99 cents a ball .It was Yarn Art Tahit, bamboo and cotton blend .I have never used bamboo before so not sure what to make .It only has 147 yards I believe but I got 50 balls.I haven't even looked at your online shop because I know I will not get the things I want off of my mind.Maybe I'll receive Christmas money and then I will go to town so to speak and order what I can from you .Thanks Tracy.
Unfortunately my beanie is not looking like yours, I followed your tutorial step by step but it's too big. Is there a stitch count for each row? I will persevere 😢
I have no idea. I am using left over yarn from my last project, it is aran and hook 5mm. I have replayed the video several times. I am going to give it a rest for now. It might be be where I place the hook after chain 2 and then when I finish the round.
I made a beautiful chemo cap for a friend using your video; thank you for such easy to understand directions!
You are welcome

You are awesome. Thank you for very clear instructions. I love this pattern and want to add the whirleys. ❤😂
You are so welcome!
Love it
Great colors.but what size hook are you using?? I have watched it many times but no size ??
Hi Pat it’s a 5mm i thought I said so silly me but it is in the description box with the materials
I have started crocheting this hat. Can you provide how many are in each row? I want to make sure I have the right amount.
What is the hook size?
It is a 5mm all of the materials are in the description box under the video
How many stitches do you stop the increase?
What size is the hook?
What size head will this fit
its just 'adult' size
Do you have the top tutorial?
the top?
The wiggly things
Unfortunately my beanie is not looking like yours, I followed your tutorial step by step but it's too big. Is there a stitch count for each row? I will persevere 😢
the hat should increase by the number you started with every increase row, hope you manage to sort it out
Sorry about comment below, my hat looks like a place mat 😮
How did that happen is your tension very loose? Too many increases?
