I'm from Cleveland. I just saw a very disturbing videos of these scumbags destroying evidence and beating unarmed people mercilessly. These cops are fuckin evil I've never seen anything like it federal law needs to be oversighted in East Cleveland the crime is horrific and the cops are worse!!!

Even the FBI investigating knows but they have to dig up evidence on a case by case basis. And every person who is guilty and hasn't been charged yet is either looking for a new job or burying/burning/erasing evidence as fast as they can.
They're easy enough to find online, but somebody will take them down immediately if posted for fear they could be liable or guilty of anything that would happen next.
