Sir, should we look at moon sign at the time of birth chart as ascendant or the latest time in sign when moon is placed today. I am asking this question because changes the sign every 2 and half days

Yes! For example, since my Venus is in Pisces, I would use Pisces as the ascendant for my dasha lord chart and look at all planets from there!

Wrong. I’ve seen so many “concrete”and “tangible” results based on transits from the moon. That’s not to say there are no results from the ascendant, but based on my 10 year research overwhelming majority of physical results have been from moon, consistent with what Phaladeepika states.
