Premier needs to make the fruits yarn in cotton, I can see so many more projects with the yarn. The bag is so cute I love and will be getting the 4ply yarn also to make it. :)
Bless your heart for doing this when your hand was acting up. Women seem to just soldier through pains to get something done. I can't get Premier yarns here in the UK so I will just use the colors of your bag and go back with black to add in seeds. Thanks Jennifer for doing this and sharing with us. You are such a star!!
You have definitely found a winner in this yarn!!!! ❤I totally 🥰 love it 😍. You did a great job figuring out the pattern. My daughter has made two of them so far. I want to make some too but I just had covid for two weeks and am weak as a kitten. But once I get my strength back, I’m making a few bags!
I have never seen your tutorials before, but I like how you explain every detail. Your tutorials are easy to follow. I just wish that I crocheted as fast as you do. I can't wait to create this bag. I want to thank you and the Late Melanie Ham for teaching me how to crochet and getting me interested into crocheting again.
Thank you so much for doing this!!! 😍 I love, love, love it!!!! So adorable!!!! I'm over the moon excited, will be making a ton for me and the family. I can't thank you enough for being so awesome and for sharing!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Hi Jennifer I cannot wait to see your tutorial of your watermelon bag! Of your crocheted watermelon bag! I'm sorry to see your hand is hurting you again!
This bag is so cute! I also think that this would be great in cotton. (Maybe soon) I learned that when crocheting in the round, if you start with six in the first round, as an example, then each round will increase by six (6,12,18, etc) - it really helps me remember how many in each new row. Thanks Jen so much for this tutorial 😊
Thank you Jennifer for doing this, when your hand is hurting!! Trust me I understand. I used to have the same problem, prior to my Furls hooks. We women, find ways to get through the pain, for our craft. I just order 4 cakes, that way, I will have enough for the larger back! Yes, I used your Premier link!! I was a good girl!! I can't wait for it to come in!!
Jenn, I love you! My daughter in laws name is Jenn. So, I call you cinnamon Jenn, that is how much you are on. I love what a good mom you are, sister, friend and teacher. I love the sounds of the house. I could go on and on, thank you for all this.☺️🥰😊🙂🤗😇🏜️🧶🧵🧶🧶🧶🧵🍉
Okay Jennifer you are a genius!!!!😍😍love it this bag and see it as being a smaller project bag 💼 for knitting socks 🧦 or when in crocheting wash clothes or dish towels…. Now I’m off to place my order with premier yarns. You little enabler lol 😆 😆😆😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣👍🏾🥰 Love you sista ♥️♥️
I bought some fruits fingering yarn and knit up a very cute soft pair of socks. Ended up buying all the colors for making socks for my family. Thanks for bringing this yarn to my attention.
Wowza!!!! Just finished the bag!! Am totally amazed with ur pattern and designs! This one is for my oldest granddaughter that has moved away to college and her birthday in just a few days. Wanted to have something special for her. Have 2 other granddaughters that am sure is going to want theirs. So have placed an order for more yarn....just in case....lol!! U r so talented and really appreciate all u do!!!! OK what's next???!!!!! Lol!!
I won 4 rolls of what I'm guessing the original Sweet Roll cakes. I really like how this bag turned out. I don't have the watermelon sweet roll so I'm going to use other colors. Thanks for the video. ~Chris~
Thank you for the beautiful pattern and explaining so clearly this is the first tutorial where I could actually make a magic circle 😊 and when I change color to leave tails and chrochet ends in I was cutting them off and this is definitely a better way ❤
Someone needs to make a patterned yarn for crochet. All of the yarns are patterned for knit. Thank you for the tutorial! I think I'll use 1 skein to make a small bag. Then use a dark green for the drawstring and handle. So very cute!!
I made your bistitual bag and even though I do knit, for convenience I just switched to the crochet waistcoat stitch which looks and stretches like knit so I plan to do the waistcoat stitch with this! Thank you for the tutorial!
OMG I love the way this bag looks!! I so want to make this along with a billion other things LOL. 💙This is my next ti make item. I just have to get the yarn.
Many joke about yarn people buying “too much yarn”. I personally know some who call themselves “food addicts” and benefit from a 12 step program called “Food Addicts in Recovery “ also known as FA. I find it interesting that yarn company’s make food related designs and names for their products. My favorite is “yarn cakes”! Just an observation. Enjoy what makes you happy.
I want to make the bag except I want to make it in 2 solids 1 variegated what rows do I change the colors please I saw your other ones they are beautiful I only crochet I love watching you every day 😍
How many stitches are in the top of the knitted version? This could probably be knitted in round just decrease instead of increase. Just have to watch Colour on the bottom. Could be crocheted in waistcoat stitch. I’m going to try both but I need to know how many stitches are in the top of knitted version please. Thank you for the pattern love it.
Hi i just thought maybe make several slices and attach them like add the other fruits could be like a cute granny fruits combo for a square bag or a blanket 🙂 your opinion on this?
I am a talented crochet and new knitter. I’d like to attempt both. I don’t know how to use dpn yet though I’ve only knitted in the round actually so far…so I will start with crochet. I’d love if you’d consider some basic video for crocheters on knitting bc you’re a great teacher and I find learning from crochet artist has actually made it finally begin to make sense. Like I always need help w what to hold in what hand and which way or which way to enter a stitch and smaller things knitters skip, like with dpn do you just turn them around when your done a row? How do you make sure you are knitting the correct side then? Couldn’t you just use a circular needle then and knit straight? How is that different? I have so many questions bc in crochet there may ways to do things so my brain hurts in knitting sometimes bc I want to ask a lot of why questions and exactly how questions. If you don’t think you’re the person to do it do you know anyone crochet / knitters videos you go to when you need to learn?
Best wishes to you! Asking questions shows you are already learning. I’m a crocheter who has learned to knit mostly from knit Utube channels. Once I learned from a local yarn shop who would have a group you could go to for help in their store. My favorite Utube knit person is Wooly Witchcraft ( no she’s not a witch) who started as a crocheter but now makes. Beautiful knits! But basic knitting instructional videos are plentiful on Utube. Try watching knit for the beginner. Have fun!
Just saw your Watermelon Bag in Premier Yarns and looked specifically for your signature. project by: "cinnamonstitches" Thank you, Jen...You're International! Worldwide! What a great feeling it is (for me) to see your name there!
Love this pattern. A little late but I purchased the yarn today. Can you give me the name of your crochet hooks? They look very interesting. Hugs from Texas ❤.

The bag would make a lovely Christmas gift .

Hi Jennifer....still running your tutorials 🥰💜💜
"Hey I'm a man I'm gonna burn" LOL that cracked me up!!!
Love the single crochet song! 🎶 sometimes single crochet can be so boring to me but now I’ll just sing that jingle to help pass the monotony
Thank you for sharing your talents and this yarn with me.
Can't wait to try this. Thanks for being a trooper with your bad hand. I like someone else's idea using separate colors to create this.
What a fun and lovely tutorial, thank you so, so much 😊😊

You could even do Tunisian crochet for a bag

Thank you, Jen...You're International! Worldwide! What a great feeling it is (for me) to see your name there!
My Halloween movie is Wizard of Oz
Great tutorial, How many cakes does it take to croquet this awesome bag/tote?
I would get 2 cakes. It took me about one full cake plus a quarter of a 2nd
Oh my goodness, how cute is that!!! Where did you find that beautiful yarn?
Never mind the question (LOL 🤣) I saw the link after asking!
Love this pattern. A little late but I purchased the yarn today. Can you give me the name of your crochet hooks? They look very interesting. Hugs from Texas ❤.
Ommi crochet hooks and below is the link to the one im using in the video

Hi Jenn
Can you do Tunisian in the round, what would that look like?
I don't think you can, but I may be wrong
Sometimes it’s just a dirty bag!
Can you just do a tutorial for the knit version please?
Hopefully for you! But most of her viewers watch for crochet. She started off as crochet then added in knit. I started with knit but crochet is much faster and easier.
I plan on doing the knit version soon. I have to.lety hands heal up some first. It's very painful to knit right now
@@CinnamonStitches ok, totally understand
Does anyone have a length, in inches, for the bag? I’m making one and not sure how long would look good.
Between 6 and 10 inches for this circumference
