That whole lot is beautiful but my favorites are the baby bell & teether, sweater clamps, the square ish shaped locket & the Avon treasure chest !!! All so beautiful !!! Hope to see you soon with another video !!! ❤️🙂
It makes me so happy you love it and will cherish it! Thank you so much for the shout out!!🥰 I watched your other video and yes yes you got a wonderful deal!! Lots of amazing antique pieces! The bakelite charm bracelet is really great but i think the snake bracelet is my favorite! You are right it is celluloid and Art Deco era, that is in really great shape as the paint is mostly there. @ 6:18 the set is probably Czech art deco era, you see those colors together alot and some people refer that to "fruit salad". Love the red and clear rhinestone necklace - that style with the two drop pendants at different lengths is called negligee. Oh the dried flower really brought back memories, that's the type of jewelry I used to make - you use a soldering iron and copper just like for stained glass. @23:19 the blue glass is called Hubbell glass made to imitate turquoise, your brooch has the same :) You really did amazing with this, very happy for you 😄
Thanks Hannah!! Love love the necklace. Thanks for all of the info! Makes sense for Art Deco era on the snake bangle- it’s such an interesting piece!! I love everything that came in this lot. So many things to learn about! Thanks for watching! ❤️❤️❤️
New subscriber here! This was so fun to watch! I'm excited for you for finding so many cool treasures. Do you post your research findings anywhere? Would love to read it!
Just wanted to let you know, I have purchased so many pieces of jewelry that have no markings but turned out to be sterling, gold and a few platinum pieces as well. So always test and if your still unsure take to your jewelers before you sell it. I bought 2 signet rings one time that had a mark in them but the rings were so tarnished that they had the look of old tarnished pennies, they turned out to be 9k and once polished you could tell they were gold.
Thank you!! That is definitely good advice. I try to acid test anything that I am unsure of. I’ve seen gold oxidize like that before too- I will be testing the items from this lot for sure. Thanks for watching!!
Oh your horn bangle sounds interesting! I’m thinking this one is 1920-30s based on the celluloid material. But not 100% sure! I love snake jewelry- it’s definitely a motif that has been used throughout history. Thanks for watching! ❤️❤️❤️
I think this is a very good deal that you got, but I have never seen so many good pieces in one box or one jar. Where did you get it from here and was it any special box or it's just a Goodwill regular box please kindly reply thank you for your video.
Hi there- thank you! This was a curated lot from shopgoodwill. They called it a “Victorian/Edwardian style jewelry lot” on the listing title. So they had selected items they felt fell into that category. Shopgoodwill is more of an eBay style auction site and they do offer antique lots fairly often- though they do not always include this many items. It’s different from a goodwill blue box- which is a mystery lot for a set price - I used to purchase those but stopped as I rarely found anything interesting. I hope that helps!! Thanks for watching! ❤️❤️❤️
It’s a great piece! I still need to research these items a little more before I sell any of them. It’s staying in my collection for a little while I think- but I will let you know if I decide to part with it! Thanks for watching! ❤️❤️❤️
I do have a posh closet! I sell some items there but most of the things I share in videos here I do keep for my own collection. I don’t really promote it on this channel.🙂
Thred Up is basically an online thrift store- apart from selling individual items of clothing and accessories- they offer “rescue boxes” of various items. One of the things they offer is a jewelry rescue box. It is 5 lbs of jewelry. They are hard to catch in stock- but are usually worth the price. ❤️

The snake bangle is very similar to a Victorian era horn bangle I have.

Did you sell the long necklace at 21:13? Are you selling? How much?

Does the silver ID bracelet with the hearts and blue stones open? It may have a photo inside if it does.
Oh I hadn’t even thought to check! It didn’t seem like it opened but I will definitely take another look. Thank you!! ❤️
