To contradict Jason, The Fed is cutting rates when liquidity in the markets, not in the economy, is high. Banks are not lending to businesses as bankruptcies continue to climb. Unless that liquidity reaches main street (e.g. stimulus checks), inflation is unlikely to flare up. That liquidity is great for buying a few stocks and pulling indexes to bubble valuations. But it is not helping to create jobs.

The stock market rise is finished, but I'm not sure if stocks will immediately rebound, continue to fall or swing in a narrow range for a few weeks, or if things will drastically deteriorate. I'm feeling pressed to increase my $450k reserve.
It is more difficult to build a good financial portfolio, so I recommend that you seek professional assistance. You will then obtain methods that are tailored to your How does one go about finding a capable FA? I appreciate the notion of using their services, but it's too bad that stock market meltdowns have recently become commonplace.
That is correct! You don't have to be a perfect investor; all you need to do is seek assistance from an expert. Despite having no prior investment experience, I began investing in 2016 and profited almost $900k that year.
Most stocks are trading at 100 times tangible equity. Compare total equity minus intangibles on the balance sheet with the market cap of the stock you are interested in. The market makers do not have 70 trillion to cash everyone out at these valuations.
Enjoy your show very much among others on finance/economics/politics. As a physicist, I have a hard time accepting the prognosis given by guests. Some predict a stock collapse, recession, depression and others predict boom in stocks, solid economy, continued growth. Who’s right? 😂
Do we need a recession for stocks to fall? People say earnings will keep growing and it seems like a lot of global money is coming to the US so that would support asset prices. So we come to multiple, which is high, maybe because stocks are worth more now? Better companies, better earnings? Some people make that argument.
Yes, I've listened to many of Jason's talks, interviews. He has a niche of his own but his overall market insights are very valuable in general. Excellent guest.
Is it me or why does he invest in mutual funds and he pays someone to do that? If market goes down so do mutual funds. I don't get it, isn't he somebody who technically "works" at stock market?
If the US Dollar is going to turn lower next year, then there will be opportunities in highly correlated assets that should move in predictable directions.
Imagine being DL. Devote your career to Financial Reporting. Interview some of the world’s preeminent minds on economics. And then you book this guy - he sends a headshot of him snowmobiling on some mountain and appearing with a blurred background from his log cabin. If only he could have been closer to the camera…that would have capped it off.
I'm feeling the same way until I see my ten grand making 40 bucks per month interest LOL. I could make that in my sleep buying stocks. It's a tough call.
You're playing a safe game. Good for you. It let's you sleep at night. It's wise for your age since you dont have the time to make it back. Plus, markets are hysterical at the moment. You could wake up one day and lose 50% of your savings and not be able to retire. And the system is ripe for a major correction. I thought it would happen in 2024. I missed out on higher returns but I still didn't lose. I still think it will happen in 2025. Again if it doesn't happen, you still dont lose, you just dont gain as much. Remember a 50% correction needs a 100% to return to the same level. The markets just wiped out 6 weeks of gains when the Fed noted a slow down in cuts on the same day it cut rates. The markets are super jittery on any negative data. Wait until unemployment rises and the xmas returns dont happen and inflation rises again and growth turns negative.
Excellent discussion - but (generally speaking) - if we follow "price vs "fundamentals" then not a great look for the "physical reality" of producers - so if you're stupid for investing in producing (not a parasite) then you can imagine - this system won't last forever - until you can eat the "services sector"?

15:50 not a bullish or bearish indicator, just a reflection of the fact that it trades like a low float stock, with a constantly shrinking float
Being in the Camila Mary server and starting trading is literally changing my life. I’m starting with a small £2000 amount but I got it up to £19,500 in one week! Not a big money but that's a big growth for me. 🎉🎉
Hello, how did you achieve such biweekly ? I’m a newbie and I've lost a lot of money investing on my own. Please can you advise on how to go about this?
I've followed many traders over the years, but none have been as consistently accurate as Camila Mary ... She's truly an inspiration to us all…
I think I’m blessed if not I wouldn’t have met someone who is as spectacular as expert Camila Mary
Same here the very first time we tried. We invested $1000 and after a week, we
received $10500. That really helped me a lot to pay up our bills.
Decent traders with good solution to crypto failure like Camila Mary should be celebrated before it's too late. I appreciate your good work ma'am
Energy. BAM!!! Spot on!! That's what Ive been buying. Energy is on sale right now.
Amazing interview w Jason, would have liked if the interviewer did more research on his process and trading style a bit more. Great interview nonetheless.
I think everyone is forgetting that the fed is still doing QT which is the reason why bond yields are going up and have been since Aug 2020. Not inflation.
good point, but it only explains long term moves, not sudden moves like we had very recently
Retail getting sucked in at the top every time.
“They’re like a bunch of Bond villains living in a volcano”, he’s not wrong!
Energy is my biggest position too
Bought a lot 2022 when oil was negative $30 barrel
Bought natural gas when nobody wanted it.
This is my long term hold
Being dumb money, I am mostly in t-bills though
What vehicle do you use to trade nat gas?
@@Agooo13431 CTRA. Pays a nice dividend while you wait. And if you buy cheap enough, you risk capital loss is low.
T.Rowe Price New Era Funds. I just kept tossing money into it in 2022. Probably not the best picks. But ok. Afterall, I am Mr. Dumb Money
Pretty Simple:
Ages 18-29 - Stay invested at your own risk.
Ages 30-49 - A Bit Risky to stay in if you loose all those gains the last 10 years.
50+. You have no Business putting your Retirement at Risk. Remember ITS REAL MONEY and you may not have the time to make up any large losses.
Whats wrong with 4% ? I'll take it and sleep at night!
Hi David, why don’t interview with Micheal Oliver, MSA? I guess never or rarely saw him in your channel.

Love how this guy thinks, very practical and i would trust him with my wallet anyday
Jason Shapiro for the last 20 months: "yeah I don't know."
Great bokeh, Jason!
Jason is correct...let the market tell u.
@4:06 he says he is looking at futures trading data, i actually did not catch what he meant
Not native speaker here, thank you

THIS DUDE is the real deal, not gareth fraudway
i woundt even put those 2 in the same sentence quite frankly. its a different level of competency and integrity all together.
You said XAI107K$ will 100x in your last vid. Can you share more details? Everyone needs to know!
At last... an honest man... thank you.
Great job, gentlemen.
Well done David, great conversation and questions. Talking with a trader is always challenging.
Jason is very salty in this interview lol
That is just amazing! Could you please tell me about your Certified Financial Planner (CFP)? This year, I'm considering some financial changes.
Her name is Annette Christine Conte can't divulge much. Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like
Thank you for this Pointer. It was easy to find your handler, She seems very proficient and flexible. I booked a call session with her.
OMG, your calls are insane! 10% gains last week. Thinking about XAI80E$, SOL, and MATIC now. Thoughts?
"Riding it until she bucks me", classic
Great guest
He's knowa you know

Long the CDN dollar should not even be a consideration? I would be short the next several years. Canadian economy will be challenged for years.
Most stocks are trading at 100 times tangible equity. Compare total equity minus intangibles on the balance sheet with the market cap of the stock you are interested in. The market makers do not have 70 trillion to cash everyone out at these valuations.
You wanna be a trader ? This guys a trader...
Enjoy your show very much among others on finance/economics/politics. As a physicist, I have a hard time accepting the prognosis given by guests. Some predict a stock collapse, recession, depression and others predict boom in stocks, solid economy, continued growth. Who’s right? 😂
They say Shapiro is still looking for his computer screen...
David, i was expecting violin encore🥹
Merry Christmas from Slovakia🇸🇰
We celebrate Christmas Eve😊🎄🎀🎁⛄️🌨🎅🏻🥰
Do we need a recession for stocks to fall? People say earnings will keep growing and it seems like a lot of global money is coming to the US so that would support asset prices. So we come to multiple, which is high, maybe because stocks are worth more now? Better companies, better earnings? Some people make that argument.
Violin video this year? ☺️
bond villains living in a volcano lmao
how will energy react if their is a depression ????
What Does USA MAKE
A recession does not automatcally result in a bear market or even correction!
i see you are on your continued bear roll
Thanks for interesting guest

Thanks for the advice! Profited 50% last week. Thinking XAI107K$, ETH, and SOL. What’s your take?
Bro sitting there in his dressing gown, could have at least showered 🛀
Shapiro is one of the smartest traders out there.
Take a break for Christmas man. You need a break.
Us too!!! lol
This guy is honest at least
If the US Dollar is going to turn lower next year, then there will be opportunities in highly correlated assets that should move in predictable directions.
Great video! Profited 30%! XAI107K$ and ADA look solid. SOL also tempting. Should I stick or diversify?
Imagine being DL. Devote your career to Financial Reporting. Interview some of the world’s preeminent minds on economics. And then you book this guy - he sends a headshot of him snowmobiling on some mountain and appearing with a blurred background from his log cabin. If only he could have been closer to the camera…that would have capped it off.
I hate to say it I am in high-yield savings and cash. 61 years old so if stuff goes sideways I'll pay. Time is not my friend, anymore.
Christmas hasn't happened yet Guy! You must believe to receive. Santa is coming! #nonbeliever!
