Reapers bounty actually, but still a lot of loot. I’m in the process of leveling up my second pirate to legend, so my crew was helping me do that. I panicked bc when you made it up my ladder, I thought the worst has happened 😂 then my crewman recognized you and I didn’t feel so bad being bested 😂 again gg tho lol

trap ships! if you had stayed on longer, you would have gotten ambushed! i fell for one once! a sloop... loaded with treasure... we were ambushed. they boarded our ship!

my strategy is hit 'em with a firebomb or two, chain their mainmast and lower the anchor, chainball the anchor, and raid the ship. doesn't destroy 'em, but gives them a huge disadvantage because the ship is so critically damaged... can't raise the anchor, can't move. won't always work though...
depends on how good the crew is. noobs will be tricked easily. better players might try to stop the raiders and put out the fire, ignoring the damage.

A few days ago, my Mate and me saw that the Fort of the Damned was finished and we drove to it. When we were in there, I jumped off our Sloop, went to the Sloop which finished it and I killed the only Guy on Bord. Then I jumped down, put down as much as I could and took the Athenas Chest. My Mate was a beginner and at this Point it began a weard thing: I tried to Catch our Ladder, but it was hard for my Mate to control the Ship, because 2 Brigs came and shot against us. When I wanted to grab the ladder, the Boat made a little Jump and I missed the ladder. I shouted "ANCHOR! ANCHOR OR SAILS!" and my Mate threw the Anchor. But when I reached the ladder, I saw that the Sloop sunk. But I threw the Loot away from them into the Rowboat which they tried to save! So the Brigs couldn't see the Loot and thought: The other Sloop has the Loot! We took the Sails into our hands and sailed away as fast as we could. After a half hour running, we managed to make our Rowboat ready and behind a Rock, we swam away. Our trick worked and both Brigs ran away, behind our Sloop. On Ancient Spire, we sold he Chest. If you can't believe that... I can't do it too. My Mate and me made a Screenshot of it. By the way, we could see the Rowboat of the other Guys. It was empty. I think, they could sell it. The Reaper's Chests, were sold by one of the Brig... we think... we couldn't see it.

I was doing Fotd and we just finished after 2 hours. i had blunder and used it to easily kill skeletons and finally we finished the fort someone killed my teammate who had the athena. i jumped in the water with my BLUNDER and couldnt kill him you know where that went :/ I HATE BLUNDER i only use sniper

I’m surprised they didn’t shoot more men over in general and try to take the bounty back in high speeds or anchor (only did it once)
We had a huge distance on them. They had no chance.
The best thing I did was throwing the other person's treasure off the boat while my friend was following them

I found two reapers chests in a sunken ship and I didn't know what to do with them so I set them down on the island. I think someone stole them.

I'm already subscribed but I can't respect the double gunning, I remember you saying 'you want to double gun go play fornite' double gunning will slowly kill this game, don't be a part of it hitbo
Double gunning is just part of the meta though. I hated it at first but after learning it I am a much more deadly pirate. That's just my 2 cents on it
@@ynotmichael double gunning is unbalanced, the saying rare use "be more pirate" what pirate carrys 2 guns and bunny hops like a fucking bunny, you may as well play fornite at that point. Sooner they patch this exploit the better or better still force you to have a sword and choice of firearm.
@@jerma-985 While it is true that it's meta, that doesn't mean it can easily beat skill. I'm not trying to brag, but I almost always prevail with my cutlass and flintlock even though most of my opponents are double gunners. It certainly makes it easier for you to survive against the meta if you also use it, but you can still just outplay people. But before I go I'd like to say that I still enjoy watching Hitbo regardless of my feelings on double gunning (and the blunderbuss as well) because the weapons he uses are his personal choice.

A bit late to the party, new player. Is there an efficient way to grab most of the loot from an enemy's ship and skidaddle, or does one have to keep coming back for more?
after you sink them just bring your ship and harpoon.

@@HitboTC Well, I have some people on servers that talk about your videos. Tis nothing bad, but they say that they are god-like at PVP. Cracks me up, because then I bust their fort f the damned and they are decent, but they just dont get the hang of it in one day. Of course nothing bad to them, I love that motivation they have.

There's a good chance he activated it himself. I know a lot of streamers (and just people who like PvP in general, like me) activate the FotD sometimes and then leave but keep an eye on it so they know when another crew tries to complete it, and then they get to attempt to steal it, either for fun or for content.
Captain Phoenix is 100%. I started the FOTD and was waiting for people to come pay it a visit when I noticed the Galleon.

The new reapers hideout has only one entrance. we had pulled off the anchor turn using fog instead of rocks and were in the clear, we then got ambushed at the entryway and lost the bounty.

The best way to steal from pirates is to get a rowboat and stock it up with all of the black power barrels of a keep, and just solosink a galleon faster than the sink ship button could do
(park the rowboat right beside it and carry one barrel inside the ship. then run, have fun)

How to steal: *TUCC*
Today me and my crew stole the whole loot of another crew who just raided the fort of the damned and was trying to sell the loot they got. We got them in the dock of an outpost. Got around 40K from them.

Do you have any tips on using the harpoon, cannon angling, etc? I’m trying to get better at strictly ship pvp
Hayden Osment you could use the aren to gain experience since it’s strictly pvp and there is no penalty to losing.
I am currently tucked on keel haul fort with an active fort on it and i'm waiting for someone to go for the fort
This is so much better than the streamers that just lay down behind the chair for 45 minutes
side note, when fleeing, try to keep your sails with the wind. a lot of people forget about that in all the panic and it allows us to jump on thier back again.

Yeah we did but in the heat of the moment the goal was to turn our ship around with a fast manuever keeping the rock between us so the galleon wouldn't do the same. It ended up working cause they went the long way around. I am sure they checked the map as soon as they didn't see us pop out on the other side.

I wanna add something to this guide because its important:
If you see a crew who are pirate legends, and have top tier loot, do not be afraid of them. Why? Because those kinds of players have grinded the game to max and likely do not engage in combat a lot. They will likely be defeated easily and you will be able to take all of their loot.
