Anti clockwise rotation makes it soft,
Clockwise rotation will makes it stiff

Aisa kuch nahi hai, you only change the zone of the spring. Stiff soft nahi Honda chahiye. Yeh aapke weight / load ke hisab sey adjust hota hai. So that the suspension works in that zone
