EASY CROCHET - Dog Bucket Hat Tutorial

- Materials:
* Acrylic size 4 or Afghan/Aran (use two at the same time for a chunky yarn look)
* 6.5 mm Hook
* Scissors
* Yarn needle
Abbreviations:
* DC: Double Crochet
* MR: Magic Ring
* SC: Single Crochet

Base circle instructions:
Row 1: Start with MR. 1 SC + CH combo into MR, 9 DCs. Slip stitch into 1st DC of circle (not the 1 SC + CH combo, but the 1st DC)
For each row moving forward remember to:* pull the yarn back the way it’s show on the video at the beginning of the row
*begin the row with a SC + CH combo (which counts as your first stitch)Row 2: Increase row - 2 DC into each stitch.
Row 3: 1 DC, increase.
From here on out you can follow the video to see how I added the ear holes and strings.

Hiiii love it and quick ? for you what size was this made into?
My dog is a Bishon mix. She is generally a size small but on the video i mention you should measure the circle against your dogs head and once you get to their ears is when u want to move on to the row were you add the ear holes!

Hi! Yes you should add however many rows you need to make sure it fits your dog’s head☺️
im having trouble with round 2... is the chain 2 and dc part of round one? or two? i keep ending with 17 stitch's instead of 16 ):
Hi! It’s a single crochet + chain 1 combo. Is that what you’re asking about? If yes, it is the very first stitch of the row!
So each row starts with it, and it counts as the first stitch of the row. Hope that makes sense but if it doesn’t feel free to let me know🤍
