Thank you for your question. You can bring in the board inside the Taxi if your board is shorter than 7. From my experience, I brought 6'10. But if you can do passenger seat back, you might bring bit longer one. Please let me know how long can you bring to there!!!!!!
I put back seat for board and I can sit beside. you put in 2 short board. even you put 2, you can sit back. meaning 2 passenger can get one taxi even you bring 2 boards. I've never used trunk...
Kumbawa Taro! Wow thats ALOT of hiking just to surf-at least it was offshore when you finally arrived! I thought hiking down to Lowers and Uppers (Trestles in SoCal CA) was tedious! I travelled out to Shek O and Tai Long Wan a few times in search of summer surf since my parents are from HK but didn't see much rideable waves. Doesn't Japan or Okinawa have more challenging wave set ups than HK? Enjoyed that thrilling Chinese music you put!
Thank you for your comment!!!! are you in HK now? I think Tai Wan in HK is really good point in the world even strong on-shore hahaha. Surf in Japan is easier than HK off course depends on the point but almost HK points are dumper.... anyway, have a good wave!!!
Thank you and take care!!! but recently Hong Kong season changed to summer. Hence before you go, please check wave forecast. cause, there is no wave in summer monsoon.
Hey, is it a good season to surf in HK in Oct-Nov? Is there any other spots other than this? I dont even have a board with me. i will need to rent one.
You can rent a board in 1.Tai Long Wan village or 2.Sai Wan beach. 1. Tai Long Wan village Almost all rental boards are short board. so it may not suit you... but you can check the place in this video>> th-cam.com/video/4ji8YcaFF3c/w-d-xo.html 2, Sai Wan beach There is 2 shop. you can rent long board in there. you can find the shop in the description. Have a fun wave!!
@@tarochan1985 My mother is from HK, but I will stick to Taiwan and Hainan if it's for Chinese surfing. If Asia, then ofc Indo, although Malaysia has some amazing breaks that almost no one surfs.
indonesia has many world class waves on multiple islands. next would be sri lanka withmany good breaks including world class arugam bay. not sure which ones are #3 and #4. phuket has some fun waves but inconsistent. da nang vietnam in rainy season has waves but lots of closeouts
Great video. Captures all it takes to reach an incredibly beautiful beach.
