I've purchased 2 economy flex tickets on-line early last year but due to system problem(?), I've received the ticket separately thru e-mail?
Unfortunely I was unable to use the priority baggage drop counter at KLIA cause my booking is not in the system!!. So if there is problem during on-line purchasing, please double check with help line.
😂😂 they don’t give priority checkin every time. Some airports like Sydney and mumbai we didn’t get that even though we told them it’s economy flex.

Worst customer service ever. I requested for a refund for my airline’s ticket, its been months now and I still haven’t received my money. They keep telling you will receive now but its been more than 3 months now and I did not get any.

This is false advertising. I flew the past 2 trip with economy flex within last 12 month with may recent trip 15 March 2023, no priority check in at all... if U am lucky..my baggage get the priority label. Other than that... it kinda rip off.

I am at aukland airport flyimg to kl by mh 132 whicj is scheduled for 1:10 am and is delayed by 1 hr first get your flights on time and then advertise for it for sure pssebgers with onward connections will miss theit flights spevially witj short layover time and with long layober have to be stranded in their terminal with jst minimium facilities with voa not available for some nationalities so they can see this beautifil country and feel the real hospitality and warmth of its wonderful people
You can change as many time as you want just pay the fare difference is a perk? All major Airlines do that is not a perk! Priority (check in security and bags) isn’t a perk anymore most all levels airlines elites get it, even credit cards holders have it. The problem is Everyone is prioritized ended up with no one being prioritized.
Well to be fair, most major airlines do still charge change fees post COVID-19. With the exception of higher fare categories akin to Flex. But yes, priority check in, boarding and baggage does not make MH Flex Special.
JL Flex Fares already includes lounge access. Though sometimes it costs more than Business. 😂

Go for ANA's to hawaii, Singapore's to Hongkong, Korean's to Seoul, Emirates's to Dubai or Qantas's to London. Many airlines still fly them.
in 2018 my parents had an opportunity to have a flight with mas airbus 1380 during their hajj in 2018. they said it was so big
