    What’s the current price of the house? Are there any scalable property near woodland where we can afford in 2100 to 2300 per month mortgage?

      Hello, even at $348k this home sold for over asking price when it was listed. This home would probably sell for around $430k now as the new owners did some updates. Depending on someone’s down payment their payment will obviously change. $2100 may be hard IN The Woodlands but there are some surrounding communities where this is achievable

      @@ChaseGilesRealtoryes it’s fine , 20 min to 30 min drive is ok but should be near to elementary school. We currently live in apartment in 77381

    I just started a job making about $55,000 a year. Is it true now it is recommended to have at least 3 years of a stable pay stub before buying a home??

      I think it would be more about how much savings you have. Depending on the job, my lender partners would able to give you details on what they are looking for.

    Are all the homes in the woodlands HOA . I never see RVs parked in driveways. I was thinking about buying 2 homes there and renting one out but not if the HOA is a pain.

      We have a Township, not an HOA. They have restrictions but to protect home values. Give me a ring and I can explain the pros/cons. 281-224-6200

    How is flooding in this area ?

      The Woodlands did a great job of not flooding during Harvey and past floods. Some areas were affected, but Alden Bridge was pretty untouched

      Actually The Woodlands did a very good job overall preventing flooding. Only certain small pockets were effected.

    this is not an answer... you are required to answer truthfully.......... Does this property require Flood Insurance ?

      Hello Gary, this home is not in any flood zone or plain. Therefore a lender would not require flood insurance, but we do live in the Houston area so it's never a bad idea to have it!
