He killed Kurt's future girlfriend Kristin
And helped Cali clean up after Kurt’s murder- possibly brought the note or heroin to Cali (I’m just speculating yes but it’s what i believe)
This man knows what happened to Kurt as well as Kristen. He doesn't deserve to have Kurt's Jaguar. Sorry if i offended anyone.

Agreed. Courtney had him flown out to look for Kurt and he is confirmed to be the last person to see Kristen alive. I think he played a role in both their deaths.

I have never quite known what to think of eric for some reason...he gives off different energy throughout the years, and it's like sometimes he's quiet, angry, yet passive agressive, yet spiteful, hurtful, yet other times you get a feeling of a laid back fun, funny guy....but yet there is something dark that follows him, and many secrets. .or maybe quite, yet angry opnions?? (Not sure if I m expressing the right emotions or vibes I get from him in words) like I said...I'm just kinda torn and always have been about him.When I seen the, play he kept his head down, and seemed more like a puppet, or going through the motions on stage...but as I can get, it had not even been 6 months or so since kurt had passed..but there are just feelings and energies around him I can't figure out if it's good or bad, or indifferent. .and that does not happen very often with me

I get such a strange vibe from him too! I mean clearly he’s a very odd looking person so there’s that, but I can’t figure out his vibe and it is definitely more negative than positive

CL's bogus OD police report has him at the Penninsula on the early afternoon of the 7th. That must have been a whirlwind visit if he made it up there on the 5th. Maybe CL sent him to 171 to dispose of something before Grant would arrive - "While you're searching for the M11, grab the note hidden under my pillow so Tom and Dylan don't find it". They all were in Marina Del Rey late in the day on the 7th and the morning of the 8th, since Exodus IS in Marina Del Rey and she checked in. What a whirlwind day for the CL!
They need to interrogate him, CL, Cali, Rene Naverrette, Jessica hopper, Jennifer Adamson and Bonnie dillarad. They all know what happened and Eric and Cali especially.

Not only that, what will it take for him to man up and say what he did on Kristen Pfaff's last night? Yes, delivering the drugs that kill someone is a crime with no statute of limitations. It's easy for me to say this, but he should do the decent thing while Kristen's mother is still alive.

Besides that, if nothing else, he knew damn well what was likely to happen by delivering heroin to Kristen, who had been clean for two months, and wanted to stay that way. Even if she asked for "one more for the road" (users are known to do that when they are about to enter rehab/detox, but she had already gotten clean), it's reprehensible of him to do that. It's much worse if she didn't ask for it, because again, he knew that bringing the drug into her presence would trigger the jones to end all joneses. It's worse still if the junk was spiked, and/or dangerously pure...
She was within hours of escaping all of that. Man up, Eric. Tell the full story of what happened.
