It’s just that time for Felix, he’s at the age where he just doesn’t have the time to practice cubing that much. Felix has financial jobs, chores and other things he has to do as an adult. On the other hand Leo can practice hours and hours not worrying about any of those things.

Just do something else that's more productive I only peaked at sub 12 but I quit after I turned 18 (I think I started at 16?) Since I think its just a waste of time and effort. I saw him in that speedcubing documentary on Netflix and it was apparent throughout he has no ego- he knows he's good but he's also impressed with new talents, especially if they're about the age or younger than he was when he started. He's so encouraging and supportive in a way that goes beyond decent sportsmanship.
Leo, Tymon, Matty and Max (and probably many others) all respect Feliks so much and have mentioned it many times in the past. I think we have a great new gen coming along :)
These younger ones are insane and with so much time ahead of themselves they can achieve sub 3 easily. As for feliks you have achieved everything in this sport the first name that comes when we talk about cube is feliks. So now just enjoy these moments you are a legend.
This is the first time I’ve seen Leo perform, and I guarantee that if he keeps on with this speedcubing “career” he’s gonna get the world record no doubt about it

Cubers, can you explain something? It seems they are scrambling their own cubes. What is stopping them from gaming that system by remembering the scramble moves and just reversing them during the solve?
There’s a few things. The scrambles are randomly generated. You’ll probably lose track of the scramble after 6+ moves. Plus they cover up the cube for a bit before solving it. Even if you do somehow remember the scramble, it’ll take longer since it’s not something you are used to. Plus it’ll be extremely obvious and you’ll get called out. Plus during official competitions, someone else scrambles your cube so you’re just cheating yourself out of practice and fun.
