- The Giant Flume at Knoebels is a classic log flume through the woods. Built by Hopkins Rides, this log ride opened in 1990 and is one of the better ones out there.
Those Hopkins Log Flumes are the best.

It's the forested setting that really makes this log flume. That could also be said for a lot of rides at Knoebels.

Decent flume.. I honestly don't know how we missed this one as we were there on a hot Saturday. We rode Whirlwind, Phoenix, Twister, High Speed Thrill Coaster, Downdraft, Haunted Mansion, Flyers, and the Roll o Plane, which to this day is the only one of those I have ever ridden. That was about it. Two of those coasters are defunct now and I honestly have not been back to Knoebels but I really want to. The flying turns looks great, and I want to give Phoenix a second chance and hope we just had a bad run that day.

Really good ride. First drop is straight into a cave a me d it really speeds up there.
