I've been going through headphone reviews since a while as I'm confused to make a decision. And this is by far the best review/comparison video I came across. Very good quality content. 💫
I bought the Behringer BH 470, to try and see if EQing a cheap pair of headphones with the Adi2Pro would improve their performance, and by how much. It was ridiculously bad straight out of the box, but I spent a good amount of time working the EQ on the RME, and I was surprised at how good they ended up sounding. Maybe you could do a video on how to EQ bad sounding headphones.
Build quality and looks are good but connectivity… although it is enough for someone like me who looking for headphones only for pc. Good thing is this doesn’t looks like gaming headphones. I like white looks.

A71 is better than all of these, but I had to exclude that from this comparison as now it doesn't come with a boom mic (it comes with an inline mic), so it's not the same product category for gamers.

Devices like phones and some laptops have combo jacks where mic in and headphone out is combined into one port.. but in a pc motherboard mic in and headphone out is separate so you have to buy a separate dongle with the jbl since it has a combo jack.

Excellent comparison man, but one thing which I am most concerned about is the "noise cancelling feature of the MICROPHONE". Can you please specifically tell, out of JBL and BOAT, which one's mic is better in cancelling the noise so that the other people in meeting won't ge disturbed?
Other mics aren't bad at rejecting noise, but I didn't test the NC feature of boat headphone, it should work well enough. You can get NC working on any mic that has analog connectivity with RTX Voice (I've made a separate video on that, on Asus AI Noise Cancelling adapter) and many other software also offer in built noise cancellation.

It wouldn't sound as good, because it's the combination of mic + USB connection that makes it sound great, it also kind of includes a USB audio interface (which processes the audio), so selling mic alone won't give it the same quality.

While one could get something from Fiio under 10K (I also have an E10K, which is good), I think if one is serious about investing, they should stretch their budget to 14K and get iFi Audio ZenDAC V2. It'll be way more futureproof.

You can also use other gaming headsets which have analog connection in USB mode without splitters. EKSA E900 Pro let's you plug either a USB cable or a 3.5mm cable into it, and JBL Quantum 200 has a USB adapter that you plug the 3.5mm jack into.

As far as I can tell, A71D seems to be A71 with boom mic, so you can go with A71 (which used to come with boom mic earlier)

No, BTR3K won't be able to power them. You'll need something that costs 10-12K like ZenDAC or O2 Amp (not easily available in India).
