It's wonderful that Castelo Branco has such a cozy, small town community vibe. Especially during the holidays. Street markets like that one are so important for the success of small businesses, artisans, smallholders, and local producers. Óbidos is known for being a medieval town, with its medieval wall, as well Roman ruins and artifacts, also it hosts a chocolate fair every year i think, and its well regarded place with the best Ginja in Portugal. Its a place not far from Caldas da Rainha. Best Regards to you two.
