I did something similar tonight, but I put mayo, ranch, butter, salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder, onion flakes, paprika, cayenne, and parsley. You talk about GOOD! So much healthier than breading and frying.
I made these tonight and my husband loved it! Thanks for the info. I did have big chops and I baked them for 25 minutes. Next time I will check at 20 minutes. I did not fry before baking and mine does look like yours. I'm thinking that the ones who said theirs did not look like yours used a lighter colored spice.
Easier: heat pan in oven @400° then put on stove and cook pork chop for 2-3 minutes. Flip chops and then put pan back in oven for 10 minutes. Fully cooked without drying out.
1” chop Your saying that 30 minutes will be sufficient… IDK ? I advise to use a meat thermometer. That thick I’m sorry… I guess that’s why you should save comments to the end kids!

She must have done something different because mine definitely doesn’t look like that
Just fry them or grill
I can't find the recipe
It didn't work for me.
I think this was made differently than what they are posting. Because it doesn't give you the measurements for spices.
The full recipe is on my website and yes, it’s how I made it in this video
