Absolutely it is doable. People have done on mopeds and scooters and scooty. Keep your luggage as less as possible so that you can have maximum power. There are one or two places where you have waterloggings wherein you will need extra power, else it is very much doable. Feel free to ask any query if you have. I am trying to make videos on routes, planning, luggage to carry but may take couple of weeks. Hope this helps
