I just watched the movie “all of us strangers“ and there is a bit where this song comes on and I just started crying really hard in the theater and I couldn’t figure out why.
I only recently lost my mother to a battle against cancer. It was devastating. But this song dislodged a memory I forgot. When I was really little, my mom would play this song a lot and we would sing it together and I guess I forgot all about it. What a great song. I’m so grateful to be able to hear it again.
